As a leader one of your objectives is to create success
by leading with value and teaching others to do the same. But keep in mind although you can train individuals how to create success on their own, YOU want to work with the best of the best in your industry. In any successful field the best leaders work with the best potential prospects. This is why you MUST pre-qualify each individual that looks to become involved in your business. Look to work with those who show they are committed to creating their own success. Again... "YOU MUST PRE-QUALIFY YOUR PROSPECTS" But why??? Great question In pre-qualifying your prospects you make certain that your time and effort are not wasted. For example, let’s look at any major sports team. From the best team to the worst they all look to build an organization around the best talent, the cream of the crop. By working with better talent (physical and mental) it is both smarter and, in most cases, easier not only to create success but to encourage growth throughout the entire organization. In short success breeds success so work with those who display signs of greatness early own and shape them to reach the success they look to achieve. As the saying goes.."you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink"... ...in my opinion if the horse you're leading doesn't want to drink then your leading the wrong horse... |
