Tip Who doesnt wanna Live Long ...

Health is more than anything else in the world.

A Healthy being can get most of his Life.
Man has got all the intelligence to make almost anything but often he keeps neglecting.

Follow these simple but Effective Tips in your life which will significantly improve your Lifestyle and hence your Lifespan...

1. Good Healthy Breakfast

Typical Breakfast should include carbohydrates, protein, and a small amount of fat. As no single food gives us all of the nutrients we need, eating a variety of foods is essential to good health.

2. Add Fish and Omega-3 Fatty Acids to Your Diet

For a good health a serving of fish two times per week is recommended.
Besides being a good source of protein and a food relatively low in the bad type of dietary fat called saturated fat, fish has omega-3 fatty acids which have been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease.

3. Have Enough Sleep

Sleep is vital to good health and to mental and emotional well-being. The NSF reports that people who don't get enough slumber are more likely than others to develop psychiatric problems and to use health care services. Plus, sleep deprivation can negatively affect memory, learning, and logical reasoning.

4. Make Social Connections

Volunteer. Go to church. Join a club. Whatever you do, do it with people. Communal activities are good for your physical and mental health.

5. Practice Good Dental Hygiene

The mouth, after all, is an integral part of the body.Teeth have a blood supply, and that blood supply comes from the heart.
Flossing your teeth every day could add 6.4 years to your life according to a famous doctor.In addition to preventing disease, flossing and brushing can help keep your pearly whites intact for more than just cosmetic reasons.

6. Drink Water and Eat Dairy

Water and milk are essential fluids for good health, but they can also help with shedding pounds.
The body needs water to keep properly hydrated and individuals vary widely in how much water they need. Joints need it to stay in motion, and vital organs such as the heart, brain, kidney, and liver need it to work properly.

7. Drink Tea

There is some evidence that tea may help in improving memory, and preventing cavities, cancer, and heart disease.Try flavoring your tea with juices, fruits, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and other condiments that makes it refreshing.

8. Exercise for Better Health

Read the following benefits of exercise so that you will start it today...

* Helps control weight
* Maintains healthy bones, muscles, and joints
* Reduces risk of developing high blood pressure and diabetes
* Promotes psychological well-being
* Reduces risk of death from heart disease
* Reduces risk of premature death

If you are not able to make out some time for it... atleast Follow these simple daily activities

* Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

* Walk to the store.

* Window shop at the mall.

* Leave your desk and visit your co-worker instead of sending him an email.

* Walk and talk with friends instead of meeting for a meal.

So most importantly Plan yourself well for a good healthy and wealthy Life...!!!

Hey, nice post.
I'm writing about eating habits currently and one of the main points I'll cover is dairy products.
You shortly mentioned to eat dairy. In my opinion dairy propagation is exaggerated. I'm not a scientist but from readings and personal experience I learned that milk and its products are totally useless if not harmful.
If more precise I read Allen Carr's book "Easyweigh to lose weight" (He's not a nutritionist, but still) and I also had food tolerance tested from blood. Tests have shown: milk doesn't give any good nor to me nor to any other person.
Milk (not cow milk but mother's) is for babies - few years after birth organism changes and doesn't accept milk anymore. By the way, how many useful materials do you think there are in heat-treated milk and its products?

That's ridiculous, milk has proven nutritional qualities, not only the basic calcium, B12 and Vitamin D but it's a also a source of cassein protein (a protein that is slowly absorbed as opposed to whey/animal proteins) which clots in your body and provides a constant, longer-lasting supply of amino acids.

It's high in fat and some in sugar yes, but to say it's not good for you overall defies many, many studies and tests.

I'd be very interested in reading your source...

Alex

Great to hear a strong opposite opinion!
Even though it doesn't change my attitude about milk it seems I'll have to do a serious research to at least partially prove my words.

Great post.

I found that one of the easiest ways for the lazy person to start with regular exercise is to leave the car at home (if possible) and replace driving short distances to walking. Just leave a little more time.

You'd be surprised how long distances when walking can feel shorted by the fact that you are enjoying the word from a perspective that is very quickly being forgotten.

Ok, I've finished my post about my attitude about food which let me lose weight very very effectively. I wrote a logical sequence of thoughts that should stop anyone from desire to eat junk.

I promised to ASM marketing make a more serious research about Milk and prove it doesn't give us anything usefull. I must change my statement. It gives vitamins and all other stuff but in the same time it contains harmfull materials that make milk more harmful than helpful. You must understand that to prove milk is evil HUGE money is needed. How much money should be used to prove milk is bad when so many large companies play as one 'milk is neccesary to your body' or 'children must get enaugh milk' and the same companies that sell milk pay for milk research...

So here's my post about food habits: Lost 12 kilos twice almost effortlessly

I created a picture for my post. Just want to show it if you won't read my story.

Thanks.
I try to eat as less meat, dairy products and chocolate as possible. Maybe it's our nature that doesn't let me become total vegetarian. But still, no one will prove people couldn't live without meat and milk - it's impossible.

My last word: if I knew how to fight meat, milk and chocolate addiction I would definitelly become vegetarian...

Hey, nice tips. I was wondering that all the tips you have given are in the physical realm i.e how to look after your body by eating, drinking and exercising. Another very important aspect for having a long and healthy life is the spiritual dimension. A satisfied, contended and happy lifestyle that is free of tension would have a major impact on our search for longevity.
