I have been using the prologue for about a month and right now it is quite an uncomfortable experience which I think means it is getting rid of a lot of deep buried negative issues. How does the experience change over time?

I have the first level... in the beginning it seemed like everytime I used it I would get awesome flashes of inspiration... now that i've been using it a while - those moments don't come as often - is it time to upgrade?

If you couple holosync with the sedona method or the release technique (better), I think its the most powerful self improvement/get rid of garbage feelings program going. I'm rarely hot or cold these days...just in the middle regardless. Barry

| That is so true Barry. He is a really nice pal! Out of nowhere he sends me this free CD (just received it), containing som kind of 3D sounds. I instantly put it in the CD-playerand I tell you, it was the most mindblowing experience I've EVER had! I couldn't stay in my bed listen through it because I laughed so much. It's almost scary. Im very exided to hear the rest of it now.. |

Holosync uses binaural beats in the background of the rain sounds etc. in their CD's. If you listen to their CD's while using a good pair of quality stereo headphones you can hear the faint binaural beats in the background. Binaural beats sound sort of like a slow motion "wah" "wah" sound because a different tone is played in each ear which causes the brain to produce a "phantom" tone which is the binaural beat. For example, if a 60 hz tone is played in one ear, and a 62 hz tone is played in the other ear, your brain will produce a phantom slow motion "wah" "wah" sounding tone at 4 hz. That is the binaural beats. Listening to that 4 hz sound for extended periods is suppose to entrain the brain to 4 hz brainwaves which is a delta brainwave level which you sometimes experience in deep sleep, or deep meditation. But with this technique you remain conscious, and enter deep meditation over time by listening to your CD every day, and training the brain with binaural beats which then makes new neural pathways in your brain (sort of like training muscles). But to answer your question, the improvement I think is isochronic tones (which were not around when Holosync first came out.) Isochronic tones play a single tone in each ear that rapidly beats on and off over and over depending if it is set at 12 hz, 11, hz, 7 hz....2 hz etc. The lower the hz the slower the repetitious beat. Some believe this entrains the brain quicker then old fashion binaural beats. Then there are monaural beats and also harmonic box x which is a combination of binaural beats with monaural beats. I use harmonic box x in some of my brainwave mp3's, and in others I use isochronic tones and binaural beats. |

Can I request that you guys share some specifics of what you got out of Holosync. I have tried NLP and really didn't see any results? Cheers, GJ |

I tried this and could never get myself to sit down for an hour. What I do now is meditate for 5-10 minutes first thing in the morning with the emWave2 heart rate monitor. ($220 on Amazon, worth it if you gots some munny to blow) Supposedly, it trains your body to let go of stress. I've been using it for a month and the other day, my spiritual teacher commented on how strong my "spiritual field" is |

I tried using it (demo CD). I felt good after meditating with it for few days. But my problem is 1+ hours of time commitment every day for this.

I used it for years. I have two more levels to go, but rarely use it now. There are times when my mind is too busy and I'll put it on to assist in calming down. This took me through a roller coaster. There were times I felt great. Then lots of emotional garbage came up. After a week or so of using it that leveled out. Sometimes I felt like throwing the headphone across the room. That's all "junk" coming up. Wake up an hour earlier and use it. The deep state of trance you go in is very restful for the body. It's like sleeping twice as long. As anything, if you really want to do it, you can. I don't know if it is outdated as someone said. There are many resources out there who incorporate stuff from Napoleon Hill. He's still pretty relevant. |

I never got past the prologue when i used it. I now use other deep meditation audio's. But I didn't know that deep emotional unrest happens during the meditation...but I suppose that would occur during any deep meditation.

I just got into the first level (awakening) after about two months on the prologue. Just finished first day of meditation now, and WOW. I am a little more experienced with theta/delta state meditations, but this is far stronger and pushed me quite a bit farther than anything else I have tried. I had recorded my affirmations via phone call just last night and the tracks were ready for download today. Emotional upheaval rose and fell within 20 minutes and smooth even headed oneness enveloped me for a good 40+ minutes. I will most likely go for at least the second level of this program, if not more. I will measure my results very closely to see if this is worth it overall. **I don't mind spending $xxxx amount on myself if it is for bettering myself. I know some people say that spending upwards of a grand on a meditation system is BS. I have tried everything else there is out there (brainsync, hemi-sync, monro, mindsync, imusic...basically everything you can think of), but this one so far is the strongest and most impacting of them all. I am currently looking to restructure myself to rise above and beyond the 5 figure a month level. Let's see what happens |

Just take Holosync as a huge example for the marketing upsell. When i say i used the first level, I actually moved onto that from level 0, the awakening prologue which i didn't find nearly as useful or exciting as level 1 awakening. Holosync never mentions the fact that there are overall 13 levels (including level 0 - awakening prologue). The prologue, which is openly promoted on their site, did very little for me. It was because i wanted the personalized affirmations that I decided to jump on and invest into level 1, which is another $200. But so far I am fully glad I did. The meditation is completely stronger on a whole new frontier and I'm starting to see small coincidences relating to my affirmations which is an amazing sign of things slowly synchronizing/aligning for me. |

Silly CD's costing hundreds to train your brain to relax? How about a walk in the park? Relaxing by the fireplace or patio? Power naps? Or how about listening to your favorite musician? This can and does relax you far greater than forcing your brain to entrain easily attainable states that are achieved though everyday relaxing things to do. |

Your entire comment hints that you probably have never tried meditation like this. Why would you even comment if you have never tried it? "Silly CD's" lol how about using it before you belittle a good product? Quote:
Goodness, people using this product not even mindful for what they tell you you're likely going to experience. No wonder it didn't work for you...it can't work if you don't use it the way it was intended! This is the same damned mindset I'm seeing with newbies and WSO's. I'm losing faith in this forum, seriously ![]()
