There I was sitting in my computer chair with a blank word document. I was starting to doubt myself I could even do the project. So I said, what the heck, it has worked on everything else in my life it’ll work on this.

Emotional Freedom Technique is what I used.
What you do is you figure out exactly what you want, in this case finish my project; you give it your maximum attention, full focus, and full energy to destroy your emotional blockages that is stopping you from doing the project.

The Chinese meridian system without the needles is what is based on. You basically tap with your fingers on 12 nerve points around the body, which you can see in the video below, while saying certain things about the issue you are trying to get through.
