Visions and deja vu are psychic experiences.

How many times have you seen something or known something will happen before it does? For instance do you reach to answer the phone before it rings? Have you walked in a town or street with a keen sense that you have been there before even though you know you have not?

There are so many examples of psychic experiences that are known but not taken much notice of. For instance how many times have we heard of someone missing a plane that crashed or having a vision of a crash before it happens.

Then, of course, there are the feelings people get of things not being right or that something terrible is about to happen, and it does.

Just thought there might be some interesting comments come from this and I, for one, would love to hear them

    Hi Norma,
I have had many deja vu experiences (more about deja vu a little later). I also have premonition dreams...and as you can probably guess, I have visions as well. I used to have them a lot when I was a little girl--which is quite common since our ego isn't "tainted" enough yet to distort them. They got kinda lost during my teen years (wonder why:p) I started experiencing them again some in college...and then when I was married...but those were usually to warn me of something amiss, and then eventually to warn me of danger. I've also had them about my children, other family members, and close friends as well...some positive, some not so positive.
With my last boyfriend, I started experiencing them more and more. I saw what the "future" held for us and what we would accomplish together, and it was amazing to say the least. I was also able to see some of the past lives we had been together (and how things from those-karma-were at play now--we are truly soulmates and have spent a lot of past lives together so we connect on all levels--which also tends to amplify emotions). Then, unfortunately, I began to "see" negative things that were going on (some about his business), and some things coming our way--even though I never let about what I saw because some I "felt" he had to discover some of the things on his own..I guess I was also too afraid at the time because I didn't think he was open/interested enough to hear it... plus, he didn't understand enough about past lives and karma to be able to understand where I was coming from. I began to "see" that I was blocking his view of "the path" and what he needed to see about other things before he would be able to see "our path" more clearly (as he had been more able to at one time)...so I made the biggest and hardest sacrafice I have ever made in my life...I pulled away from the relationship because I loved THAT MUCH, and I "knew" it was "required" of me as his soulmate. He and I also had a few spirit guides working with us..one of whom, I recently had a vision of to see how we all were connected and why he was here to help us. I think he would have liked hearing about why that guide was here:p Oh wellll... C'est la vie! Que sera sera!!

    Anyway...NEXT! lol

About deja vu...often it can be linked to something that you have done in a past life. One of the things you can try the next time you have a dej vu experience is to pause and see if you can "enter" into the moment. Not always an easy thing to do since it often happens unexpectedly, puzzle us for a couple seconds then we forget about it or shrug it off. Also, if you try to focus on it too hard, it "disappears". So, you have to kind of pause and and "look" at it as if you are "seeing" it out of your peripheral vision (if that makes sense), and be open to experience what enters your mind when you do. And, of course, you have to believe in past lives

So, there you go...some of my experiences. If you can't tell, I enjoy having them and look forward to every one of them that comes my way

Its probably fear that makes us forget although I remember my deja vu experiences. I think the first one happened when I was 4 or 5 and my parents took us to Goulburn, in NSW. This was the first time we had been there as they had just acquired their first car.

As we drove around I recognized streets and even the houses and pointed out things that freaked my parents out. One the way I had a big argument with my sister because she told me there was no such place as Orange. That is a city not far from Goulburn and my mother actually did her nursing training there but neither parents entered the argument to back me up or deny it.

My mother lived all her life in Goulburn and only came to Sydney not long before I was born. So how did I know about the place?
