What am I doing to overcome stress?

I just thought Id let you all know a new way I am dealing with stress and burnout!

I have delved in further and started a new personal development site!
I will use my site to talk about things that are effecting me and how Im dealing with them at the time!

I really needed to focus and nothing was really allowing me to leave all my worries behind.
But my new site has done it for me!

I would love your feedback and requests for info on your chosen topics, which I will then research and write about!

Hi Kym,

Just checked out your site. Though it's easy on the eyes I'm not sure if using a Black background is the way to go (Black and gray are traditionally gloomy colors).

Anyway, maybe you can share some of your tips from time to time.

It's looking really good, though most marketers find that using the reverse colors (white on black) discourages readers from looking at a a lot of written material.

Visually your page is stunning.

Hi Kym

I really like the Mandigo theme - it comes in a choice of 2 or 3 columns and in a varity of header colours - and it's free, so worth a look.

I feel that the yellows, blacks, and reds on your site are not the most appealing colors to have on a site focused on dealing with stress. I currently am wearing this sky blue polo that I constantly get comments on how its a very soothing color, etc.

I would maybe try a different color scheme. Good luck!

Thats a really great website, though like they said, the color nulifies its purpose, but I really love the fact that you have Napoleon Hill and Tony Robins stuff on there,

It looks really good and you have gone for the changing header colour which I think is a really nice touch on that theme - as it brings new things to life in your site every time it changes.
