Tip Wealth Motivation Tip #1

Ok, so a lot of people have been wondering… What is the big deal about Wealth Motivation? Wealth motivation is an essential key to success in anything you aspire to do in life.

Let’s face it, we all go through our lives aspiring to be greater than we are, but why is it that with all our goals and all our dreams, so many of us rarely make it to where we are trying to get to? We talk about all these incredible dreams but yet and still we can never seem to just, well… go for it!

That’s were Wealth Motivation comes in. Now first, please understand that when I speak of wealth I’m not just speaking from a financial point of view. Maybe a more appropriate word would be riches. When I say Wealth Motivation or riches I am speaking of being rich mentally, spiritually, and physically. This doesn’t mean that being financially rich doesn’t fit right along in there with the other three. It just means that we shouldn’t focus on the financial only. Many a rich man has died in misery.

But the point I’m trying to make is that without the necessary drive, without something to pull us along towards our dreams, without the oh so necessary motivation to push us towards that beautiful shinning goal that we want to reach, the dreams are in vain. This is what Wealth motivation is all about. Oddly enough, when you go for your true dream in life, it usually leads to wealth.

So ask yourself, what motivates you? What pushes you? What pulls at you? What’s the one thing that you have always dreamed about having or achieving but never had the guts to go for? Then, get rid of all the excuses and go for it! It doesn’t matter if you’re four or seventy four. It’s never too late to achieve, to find a way to make your dreams come through. Oh and when your dreams do come through, because I believe they will. Stop by and leave a comment and let me know about it, because I would love to share in your joy.

Homer Simpson is my inspiration with his quote "money can be exchanged for goods and services..."

Since I started my small business in '02 the extra income has allowed me to visit NYC, Japan, buy an apartment and buy a camera lens that has other photographers drooling over.

I would think that self doubt is the biggest obstacle in this industry. I taught myself programming, marketing and everything else. This is the dawning of the age of the amateur - for example, "professional" newspapers are going out of business while bloggers and twitterers are getting massive readership.

What pushes me to reach my dream or goal is my family. They are in my heart as always. I study because of them especially to my mom. I wanna see her be proud of me. And one thing more, what pushes me to go along, it because of the support of my girlfriend.

That is very very true. I actually bought my first profitable site (see sig.) thinking that if I owned it, I won't have to do anything anymore and just let the cash roll in.

Nothing could be further away from the truth! I had to learn how to utilize FTPs, figure out how to edit php files, make my own banner, write and spin more articles and almost everything a newbie would have to do before seeing their first dollar.

The lesson I've learned with my 'shortcut' was that there are no shortcuts. Journey's are there for a reason cutting it short only means you miss out on so many things you could have learned/experience/enjoyed. Missing these things out also mean that you won't really get the big picture and not being able to know exactly what to do if something goes wrong or ain't working out.

Anyway, back to the point. Yeah I agree, it is really the age of the amateur, so to speak. All the things I said, I never thought I could have done until I actually went out to look for info and tutorials on how to do them. And it was easier than I thought!! So, really, self doubt is one of the biggest hurdles around IM. That and also info overload..

I think to have a wealth motivation you have to have a MAP. Mastery, Autonomy and Purpose. You can't motivate yourself on something if you don't have a mastery on it. If you don't have yet mastery on something but you love doing it you will then master it.

To become wealthy you have also to have an autonomy, where you can do what you have to do with a lot of freedom. The freedom that you can be your own boss.

Purpose, your purpose on why do such things, what is your driving force? The purpose why you want to be wealthy.

Pain and fear. The fear of getting old and not being able to support my-self financially. That is the biggest motivator to me.

Also my son asking me what I do "for a lving " in a few years time. I want to show him how successful I am. Not just finanially but lifestyle/ fitness/ etc...

Many people can find their motivation but its the fear of leaving their comfort zone that stops them in their tracks before they even get going...what they don't realize most of the time is that once they take that first step outside their comfort zone and experienced what it was that was holding them back then they have just expanded their comfort zone and it can never snap back to its original size...to get the things you have never had, you must do things that you never done...

Now that is really true. If you can come out of your comfort zone, which is one of the most self defeating fears, nothing will be impossible for you. There are so many people I have met in life who have so much potential, but never took their first step towards independence simply because they where too afraid to leave their comfort zone.

Do we really want wealth (cars, fancy clothes, big house etc.) Many say "yes of course" but if that was all it took to be happy, we could all be happy. Attaining wealth is no magic but it rarely brings lasting happiness. Just look at the "hollywood set"
We are really searching for the "feelings" we think those things will give us. So why not just feel the feelings? It will save us all a lot of struggle!

Thanks for your post...and keep them comimg.
