Hi Li, I´m your brother : ) My lack of personal organization is preventing me from starting and finishing lots of projects, both personal. and bussiness. I´m buying a book suggested from fellow warriors, so I hope to improve it. |

| There is a great poem that I first heard in Coach Carter. I think everyone can benefit from. Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us. It is not just in some; it is in everyone. And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Poem by: Marianne Willamson I hope you've all been inspired Rob Ramos |

Hi all, Interesting thread. My biggest flaw must be the fact that I expect everyone to care as much as I do and work as hard as I do. Oh, and paperwork... I can't stand it. |

What me have a flaw?... actually a great self-probing question...for me it's taking "Time" seriously...unless of course someone else keeps me waiting...I take that very seriously. :-) At least until they remind me that I have this as my Biggest flaw. Friends call it "Timmy Time." No Excuses, I do have room for improvement. Tim "The Mastermind and Implementation Coach" |

I think sometimes I am too serious about something. I should let something go and welcome something new to my life.

Definitly impatient - hate doing mundane tasks like linkbuilding. Use to party too much as well, but those days are long gone.

My biggest flaw is perfectionism. I'm actually writing a blog article about it on the way of money dot com, where we regularly talk about personal development, spirituality and abundance. Perfectionism really cripples me. I'm a graphic designer by trade and it just seems to fit in nicely in that line of work - although, there are times when I "finish" something that I just do not feel comfortable with. It's the death bell of success. In order for me to feel empowered, successful, fulfilled and happier - I NEED to let go of perfectionism. It stops me from feeling that I've made huge leaps - when I really have sometimes! Perfectionism also opens up doors to be the judge of others - well if it ain't perfect it ain't right, right? It can also lead to major procrastination because the standards set are simply unattainable - and never will be. It is never enough. It is time for it to stop ![]() All the best, Clément Yeung |

Standing your ground can be a very tough issue to overcome and it requires a lot of presence (being here, in the now) to witness why you feel you should be less than you want to be. Many times, lack of confidence stems from a lack of clarity. If you want to be able to speak up - you must be CLEAR about what you are talking about. This is key and it takes practice. | Thank you for being honest Simplyjo. The truth is that many people are bull****ting themselves (and everyone else) about their biggest flaw. The one about expecting people to work as hard and care as much was a good one. Total nonsense of course. But your one was one of the more honest answers Simplyjo. And that's something I respect. As a wise poster said on the first page: "My biggest flaw is not being able to articulate what my biggest flaw is." Personally I did many stupid and mean things when I was younger and that's one of my (many) biggest flaws. I'm also cold-hearted and callous sometimes. Another flaw of mine. And I can be very lazy and slothful at times. What's my biggest flaw? Take your pick. I have many. I challenge the people who say their biggest flaw is being impatient and expecting people to be as kind of them to ask someone who knows them very well what their biggest flaw is. Because I bet $100 it's something other than what they posted. |
