Hi, I have been working with people for the past 6 years or so to help them achieve the things they want in their life. I have been successful at helping them transform their lives, I cannot say I have tens of thousands of readers and subscribers, but I do have a couple thousand. In all the personal coaching that I have done I have always managed to get to the point of all the problems of each of my customers. It is actually very easy, it is the same point for all. THE ROOT FOR ALL YOUR PROBLEMS IS ALWAYS ..... YOU! And by you I mean your mind, your subconscious and unconscious mind. You see, it has rules, and it has also protocols. It does not work like your conscious mind, it works in a very different way, it makes assumptions and logical interpretations of data. for example: -If I hold a belief that all wealthy people are evil because they obtained their wealth through some "bad" means. AND -I strongly believe that I am a good person. Then by logic (syllogisms) I can never be wealthy. Sine I am good (hence not evil) then I cannot be wealthy because wealth = evil person. Do you understand what I am trying to say? The Greeks really had things understood back then, they created the syllogisms and the philosophy to explain how the mind works. So going back to the topic, when we hold in our subconscious mind information that we strongly believe in, then this information can be used against us if what we want enters in direct conflict with the belief. Lots of people strongly believe that "there is no such thing as a free meal" I really think that those people have never or rarely get a free meal, they simply can't. Their mind is set to that never happening. So it can NEVER happen. I can honestly say I have had many free meals in my life (by the way, the subconscious takes things LITERALLY) so it won't matter if you explain to me what that cliché means, the mind will not care either. It takes things AS THEY ARE. So the people that cannot get a free meal could very potentially get a free car or a free TV, there is nothing in that belief against that. This is why people that believe "they never get sick" or people that believe "they always win in contests" really do see that happen. The same applies to the people that hold negative beliefs, negative things ALWAYS happen to them. It is very easy to change ones life if one changes ones beliefs. That is what very few people understand. You want to change something on the outside, you have to change it first in the inside and then it will all change on the outside. This is how the mind works. So what are the best ways to change beliefs? PM me and I will tell you, because I am not writing this to promote my products. I really want people to read this and get the right concept and know that they can change their lives into what they imagine is best EVERY SINGLE TIME. Nathan |

I can tell you one thing I feel certain that the amount of beliefs must me in my subconscious mind and the trouble I get to just change even ONE of them, I decided to quit believing and start beliebing instead! And now I just think about what I consciously want for me life and tell my subconscious mind to align with it and get my higher conscious mind to help. Because understanding that labyrinth of subconscious mind AND the unconscious mind as much as I do is enough to convince me I just want to be friends with them and say what I consciously desire and let them do the heavy lifting! That is why I use that new Empowerment Script I wrote for us to use Nathan. I just ask them to take care of changing what needs to change.

Thank you for your post. I'm taking notes to do the following: - Write down what beliefs could be holding me back for my most important goals. - Write what beliefs I think would strengthen my motivation and actions. - Change one key belief at a time and measure impact in my results. |

Thanx for the post. For belief system I use affirmations. I've been doing it for about a month now and I'll swear by it! I'm up to 3 affirmations:
The 1st is to affirm the characteristics I need to be successful. The 2nd is to affirm my S.M.A.R.T. goals. And the 3rd is to affirm I'm taking REAL action towards the above. |

Good post Nathanro... Interesting point re the rich=evil etc. Never quite saw what could be going on in there like that before! I saw a really interesting vid last night, in here I think, of Tony Robbins speaking about ole' Murphy. He said that when you decide to change, your old wiring gets in a panic, so to speak, and will cause you to create all types of incidents in your life to stay where you are...or words to that effect! Anyway, I got it. To me it meant that to rise higher takes effort. You are willing, but the old wiring aint! So, it invites Murphy along to throw what he does best at you, to keep you in place. Amazing. We are indeed, wonderfully made. Kindest... |

Wonderful and inspiring post. But if make changes inside yourself, i' would start from renaming "problems" to "goals". Positive thinking must be everywhere!

Good post. Reminds me of Jack Canfield's book "The Success Principles". The number one most fundamental of all the principles he lists is to take 100% responsibility for all areas of your life. I'm fairly new to the forum and don't have enough posts yet to be able to PM, but I will do so when I can, interested in hearing the rest of what you have to say on this. |

Loved your post! Thanks. Don't forget @evelyholman: Money is not the root of all evil; the LOVE of money is the root. The problem stems from trying to replace our real need for unfailing love with a cheap substitute. For most, money can buy that substitute but as the Beatles said, "Money can't buy me love."

Thanks for sharing this, I do think that taking self responsibility for things that happen is very important and first thing to correct it. Subconscious mind is a lot more important as it is sleeping and working behind the scene.

This is a great post! I particularly use affirmations and some other techniques to change beliefs. There are some methods which can eliminate the negative feelings attached to the belief and once its all gone the belief suddenly doesnt feel real anymore. And its great when the change happens within an hour or two. Nlp, eft, sedona method and a whole host of other stuff worked well for me but carefully crafted affirmations and meditating works better even though both of these techniques take much longer.

Very interesting causes of fear... I went to a 2 day seminar over the W/E by Jeff & Kane and they actually delved into family lineage back 7 generations. The tendency to certain attitudes surrounding circumstances in our lives is embedded in our genes/DNA stuff in there somewhere, the attitudes past blood lines have had regarding everything. Really interesting how they changed peoples root filters, in front of our eyes, where grown men just sat and cried, then burst into smiles of joy as they realized they had broken through the unknown limitations they had carried for decades. Very interesting root causes of all their woes. Kindest... |

Another great way to change faulty core beliefs is to a) write a new core belief, and b) start taking actions consistent with that new core belief. It may feel hugely uncomfortable at first, but it will pay big time dividends in the long run.

It's not always "you". Some people just don't have it written in their destiny to succeed. But action may make it more likely to do so.

The way you explained this (so thrilled) concept it's brilliant, I have heard about syllogism, the subconcious mind get a conclusion automatically when 2 or more beliefs are related in some way. Thanks for sharing it. Pretty good post. |

We can use affirmations to change our beliefs. When we speak our affirmations we shift our focus. We place our attention on what we want to be. We become what we think about. Also we can't keep saying one thing while focusing on the opposite. |

People won't change their beliefs UNTIL they UNDERSTAND that their beliefs are hurting them. I have tried many ways to help changing my friend's beliefs as I know it will hurt her. But unfortunately, it seems like my effort counts for nothing...

I think the best way to change belief sets is to force yourself not to think of the negative and immediately switch it with something positive. As an example: "I'm so lazy..." Immediately replace this with --> "Well I'm going to start working out everyday so I shouldn't be anymore!" |

You're line "Sine I am good (hence not evil) then I cannot be wealthy because wealth = evil person" Makes of no sense on a logical level, there are so many wealty person who make big contributions to charity so many wealthy person do good things with there money. I think that a big problem for many people is that on a unconsious level they make an assosiation that being wealthy is something bad. You're unconsous mind can also be developed. I liked Anthony Robbins - Personal Power 2 the audio book version with helps a lot with this. Probably there are more good resource so I'm also interested in other resources on this subject. |
