Hi Folks! I'm 75 (well, I will be next month). I've been on insulin for diabetes for the past 17 years, and now because of kidney failure I'm on dialysis 3 times a week, 4 hours per session. That kind of cramps my style. But life is still a blast! I'm having too much fun to let those details get me down. One of the things I'm having fun with is this computer and the possibility of supplementing my Social Security -- as that income doesn't quite take care of my needs (what a surprise!) Right now I'm trying to break into affiliate marketing, and will, big time, as soon as I figure out how! In the mean time, "Things are more like they used to be than they are now." |

Hey DaveGoood. Congratulations for reaching such a splendid age. And I'm liking the attitude: "Life's a blast whatever your circumstances." Brilliant and amen! Always good to see someone with such a positive attitude. I have may fair share of disadvantages too and I couldn't agree more. There's always something to be happy about and something to be grateful for. Welcome to the forum. |
