Help how to verify paypal non us resident

Please I am seriously in need of help on how to verify my paypal account as a non US resident I already have a credit card.

I am a non us resident, you just have to encode your credit card on you account, I think the verification takes 2-3 days, paypal will just email you about the verification process and gives you more guidelines. hope that works. good luck.

use your credit card verify paypal, if you can access your credit card online thatn it will take only 4 days to verify your account, otherwise you must wait for the billing statemen

Hi Jireh,

It is very simple.You need to click "Link and confirm the credit card".Then you need to fill the entries related to your card like card number,Name on the card name,card type (Master,Visa etc) ,Expiry date etc.Paypal people will deduct some 1-2 USD from your card.You can check your statement with the transaction there would be some code.You need to enter that code, once it get generated.Once you confirmed Paypal will refund the amount to your card.
