Dear Warrior,

I was going through a write up in the latest edition of Success Digest Extra yesterday where the Publisher Pastor Sunny was sheding more light on the present global economic melt down and he proffered a way out which I encourage you to jump at it.

What came to my mind as I was reading that was a message that Papa E. Adeboye gave during the last SHILOH where he gave an illustration of an event that happened years ago that he went to the Niger Delta region of Nigeria and in a bid to cross the river with a speed boat,, he then concluded the message as usual by giving those as many that were not yet saved to come on-board a boat that can never be sunk by any economic meltdown/recession or whatever they call it.

Also, during the 2ND SERVICE last Sunday at Faith Tabernacle, Otta my spiritual father Bishop David Oyedepo even went further to give a Biblical illustration of how 'gross darkness" will cover the people and some were killing their children for food! God forbid you may say that we see that but that is what God has being confirming through the mouth of His annointed servants.

The question now is, what is the way out of all these? Thank God we the redeemed need not to panic because this is the set time for the church to be glorified as the wealth of the gentiles will be converted and the prophesies about the end time church in Joel chapter two (2) will all come to pass..............................

I honestly wouldn't take the word of people who think they know when the worlds going to end.
Many different people have and it hasn't happened.
I may be a religious but I don't believe in the bible.
I mean even they aren't eye witnesses of what happened during that time. maybe within decades but thats it.

I am in awe.. global recession for me is not really something to be scared of. the crisis is just a challenge for all of us, especially our political leaders. We are all but challenge, the process of getting up again is very important, bringing down solutions but not the kind of thing that you have made mention.

Is the world ending? again?

Why am I always the last to know about these things!

Actually it ended yesterday but I took the day off and didn't find out until this morning! :-)

As a student of manifestation, that thing more commonly called the law of attraction, I've come to learn that what you think about expands. That's how the universe works.

We were all created as part of the whole or part of the universe. Since we have the ability to think and reason, we are more advanced than the animals. This is what the Bible and other religious works mean when they say we were created in God's image.

It doesn't mean that we look like God - or whatever you choose to call the source. It source is pure energy. It's formless.

Who we really are is not what we see in the mirror. We are our minds and souls - spirit! As such we have amazing powers if only we learn to use them. To quote the Christian Bible, "If you have the faith of a mustard seed, you can tell the mountain to get up and move and it will do your bidding."

What does this mean really?

It means that we, by thinking are constantly creating what we think about, individually and collectively. There's a whole lot more to it but, upon examination, you'll find that you actually do create or manifest whatever you concentrate on most. Often, if not most of the time what people are thinking about most is the problem - the lack and the fear of losing. By holding that kind of thoughts, they are manifesting more lack and more loss.


This is an extremely short explanation but it leads to my point.

The more we as a society dwell on the so called "economic recession." the more we are doing to attract more of the same and make it worse!

When we as a society, get our minds off the recession and on to something else, the recession will go away. Until then we are just making the whole thing worse by the worry and negative attention we give it.

You can't fight darkness. To get rid of darkness, turn on the light. This is the most basic rule of manifestation. What you resist persists. To move away from a negative situation take your mind off it and concentrate on what you do want. This is the secret the few who have prospered in previous recessions/depressions knew.
