I did a wonderful course called "Leverage and You" in New Zealand, which opened my eyes to flowing money. The are in the process of taking it online. I Will post a link here (won't be affiliate) when they get it up and running.

Money is the sweetest hangover..........without it who would take care of little things like dental care, organic foods, haircuts, dermatoligists and any other spoils I feel I need to go on....money means resources......I was talking to my friend today and she was telling me how she have to pull teeth to get people to move off their "A". I told her people dont do nothing for you unless your paying them. It is a shame but it is true in my case and hers.

Nobody will care for you like you will and money sure eases the pain. Let the healing begin!

You make me remember a recent study.

Of course smokers know that if they quit they will live longer and healthier lives. But in this study, they paid some smokers to quit and those were the ones who were more successful in quitting...go figure.

I would say that they're not. The fact that some people are born wealthier than others doesn't mean that they are happier than their less fortuned counterparts.

I think that a lot of us idealize some people that have lots of money and we try to bring them down by saying that they were born with "a silver spoon on their mouth" and things like that.

When in reality maybe these kids grew up lonely and without the devotion of their parent's love. Or they just didn't have enough experiences to grow into mature adults. When we insult these people what we're really showing, is our own lack of temperance.

I love money, but I'm not an evil person. And I believe in achieving financial abundance in only legal, moral, and ethical ways.

In fact, not just the lust of money can be the root of all evil. So can the lust of power, the lust of fame, the lust of control, the lust of women (for men), among other things.

For example...Some People will set a virus loose with no monetary reward.

Senseless violence.

People who live for confrontation.

Evil often has many motives that have nothing at all to do with money.

Jealousy, envy, ego, spite, revenge...these are all emotions. Maybe they are the root. Or even the lack of any emotion.

I think our thoughts and our sense of self worth dictate our relationship with money.

I totally agree with you. Money only wears the character of its owner. There's nothing wrong with money. There's also nothing wrong with the love of money. What matters is the 'WHY' of loving money.

If a person loves money for the good that it can bring to the world, then what's so wrong or evil about that?

Whenever we look at something, we should always seek to look at the 'WHY'. Don't just look at what's on the surface.

There is a certain level of income below which the lack of money means serious issues - food, warmth, transportation.

Above that level but below another level, money means increased enjoyment of lifestyle - travel, transportation, entertainment, comfort.

Above that higher level, it's extraneous and should be shared with more needy people, imho.

here is one thing I don't understand, I don't have animal, no dog, no cat, no nothing, because I am allergic to their fur or something. But I don't hate them, I just can't live with them. While there are lots of people, meaning human - babies and men, do not have enough to survive; I don't understand why someone's will is designates his/her entire savings to their dogs and cats after they died. On the other hand, he / she can give their savings to orphanage, hospital, or charities.

That is very deep statement.

I have had a pet before.

I totally understand that some people probably got more love from their pet than they did their own relatives...but to leave money to a pet over a human being.....I still need some logic to apply to that one.

Money has an illusion of having power but it really doesn't. Its what money can do for us that draws us to it.

Money is just another thing to manage in life. Great leaders learn how to manage EVERYTHING. Relationships, businesses, money, time, self, etc.

A book that I read that I'm still digesting is "Wealth, Riches, and Money by Craig Hill and Earl Pitts. It will definitely open your eyes on money. But it is not for everybody and those that are easily offended.

Is Money the root of all evil? Or are some people just evil? For example...Some People will set a virus loose with no monetary reward. Senseless violence. People who live for confrontation. Evil often has many motives that have nothing at all to do with money. Jealousy, envy, ego, spite, revenge...these are all emotions. Maybe they are the root. Or even the lack of any emotion. I think our thoughts and our sense of self worth dictate our relationship with money.

Above that level but below another level, money means increased enjoyment of lifestyle - travel, transportation, entertainment, comfort. Just caught the end of a Donald Trump Informercial. He stated he knows alot of very wealthy people who are very miserable but the most important thing about money is that it solves problems....you can do alot of good with it.

Money has an illusion of having power but it really doesn't. Its what money can do for us that draws us to it. Money is just another thing to manage in life. Great leaders learn how to manage EVERYTHING. Relationships, businesses, money, time, self, etc. A book that I read that I'm still digesting is "Wealth, Riches, and Money by Craig Hill and Earl Pitts. It will definitely open your eyes on money. But it is not for everybody and those that are easily offended.

Substantial and essential things. Like having food/being healthy/having a roof over the head. People always say money cannot buy happiness - maybe this is true. For me money isn't everything, I mean it seems the simplest things in life are free. I also think that the more money you have, the more problems you find yourself having. It just seems that most people would love to deal with the problems, just as long as they have the money.
