Best NLP Training Program?

Warriors,

I've been trying to find some solid NLP programs that I can use on myself but mostly everything I've found is related to coaching or using the techniques on others. Does anyone know or have any recommendations on where I can find a program/course that teaches someone how to apply NLP techniques to themselves?

NLP is meant for coaching and using it on others.I don't think you need to change yourself to change others. You will feel much better helping out others solve their problem.

There are many NLP Coaches there; the problem is that you need to apply for a program or something that you have to pay. Are you willing to pay for NLP training course? Does it worth your intentions?

Try doing a SERP search. lots of resources in the web.

Many techniques can be applied to ourselves, if we think about ourselves in the place of the "client". For example, conflict resolution, reframing, using our sensory type or multi-sensory expressions in creative writing, "changing the past", various uses of anchoring including the "circle of excellence", changing an unwanted habit, changing an unwanted response to a stimulus, dealing with a phobia, etc. Reference: "The Technology of Change - Secrets That NLP Reveals".

NLP can be useful for helping to overcome emotional problems, behaviour disorders, phobias and anxious thinking. In order for any child, young person or adult to really benefit from NLP they must be 100% committed to achieving the results they desire. Our practitioners can give you advice, tools and strategies but they cannot make problems go away for you and as such we need the full co-operation of the person we are working with and ideally their support network too

It can also be used to show newbies how to not bump up ancient threads, to give the illusion that this forum is still alive and kicking!

Use NLP on yourself upon esoteric interaction and witness how others change because you became that change, and the effects will be synchronous.

I did Tony Robbins "Unleash the power within" around 13 years ago. I had a fantastic time and for a couple of weeks I was unstoppable. However the kind of pump you get at one of these events is like blowing up a balloon. Over time it deflates and goes dead flat.

You must keep putting air into the balloon or it will defate and you'll return to the old you.

Neuro linguistic programming is a neurological science in which we learn about the human behavior, physiology, speaking style and other things which affect the human brain. The transhuman consulting India offer NLP certification courses of that type of people.

Anyone who encounters NLP will invariably ask
"What is NLP" which is a question which cannot
be answered...and that should tell you everything
you need to know about NLP.

NLP is basically a bunch of random crap thrown
together into something that seems plausible.

Google "New behaviour generator" which is the
most well known NLP technique. It's basically
a very simple visualisation / self hypnosis
technique which they claim can change any
    behaviour...it can't.

(And if you think it can help with deep seated
emotional or behavioural problems then I feel
    sorry for you.)

The only way to change your behaviour is
by apply your WILL...over and over again
until you become the person you want to
    be.

The real secret of NLP is ericksonian hypnosis
RIchard Bandler and Tony Robbins are Dark
Sith Lords when it comes to hypnosis...and it's
how they make you believe in their B.S. and
    build their cult...

Trust me, I work in marketing.

A Tony Robbins seminar is nothing more than
an extremely complex and extended sales
presentation, where the point is to get you
to look up to him as your "Guru" and sign
up for the next level in the sales funnel.

Lol, it always amazes me the difference between a wide eyed newbie and seasoned marketer.

Seasoned marketers cut through the crap and tell it how it is, and newbies swim in it.

Well, pretty much, l did buy one of Anthony Robbins books and it did cover NLP, or discussed how multiple reference points can help to change an ingrained belief.

Which did help, but l cannot say that completely removed it, just knocked one of the legs out of the table, but still helpful.

But does that mean that l would p**** away 15k to go and talk to him in Hawaii for 10 minutes and go and jump out of a plane, no.

And spend 5k, on one of his hyped up semilars, which is really just a tax dodge for corporations, no, a $30 book will achieve the same result, and l don't have to hug the guy next to me, although it might be worth it if an attractive woman,....nope, not worth it!

Force of will can change deep ingrained beliefs, but experiences that enforce change do help.

I bought one NLP training program a long time ago, and yet, I have to admit it did seem like a lot of random crap. Some of it seemed pretty laughable- like 'embedded commands'. Other parts, like anchoring, did seem to have some plausibility. I mean, after all, a log of communication takes below the threshhold of the conscious mind, so maybe there are ways to 'anchor' as NLP states.

Overall though, I agree with you.

  • Hey,

You can definitely apply NLP to yourself. If you are a fan of reading books, I would recommend Unlimited Power (http://amzn.to/2l3b2V2) by Tony Robbins.

He covers pretty much everything there is to know about NLP, in fact, the strategies he writes about in his book, are from the very same guys who found NLP. John Grinder, a linguistic professor, and Richard Bandler, a mathematician.

Tony Robbins started learning and helping others around the age of 16. You will find that he has an impeccable knowledge of the human mind. You can also listen to his audio programs on youtube.

I personally like all of his work from live to audio recordings. This is one live show that springs to mind http://bit.ly/2k9G2UF. But really, if you are serious about personal development, be willing to invest in yourself. Check out the UPW http://bit.ly/2ipIy9z from Tony Robbins. The testimonials speak for themselves.

Do not forget it doesn't just take one event to build your personal growth, you have to keep at it. Make it a lifestyle. It's just like going to the gym, if you want to have sexy abs. If you stop going, your abs will eventually go away.

P.S: I notice there are lot of mixed opinions here about Tony. So there you see everyone is different. Know this, whatever anyone says about someone, always make your own mind up.

    Peace out,

    Donya

I use Visualatrix, a great way to 'feel people' and develop radical intuition. I've managed to sculpt my personality by means of visualization. Crammed with NLP commands, helps you sculpt a winning mindset and scenarios using nothing else but your imagination.
