Congrats Justin. Sorry to hear about your brother. It must have been a very difficult time for you.

The house looks awesome. Are you doing a lease-purchase? Maybe the landlord will consider that so that some of your rent will go towards the purchase when you're ready to buy.

It's nice getting out of the city, isn't it? We too moved from a big city (Vegas) to a small town in Texas. It took some time getting used to but we love it here. We live on a golf course and it's crazy that we can get in our cart and drive up to the first tee.

Sometimes when we drive around this small town I stop at a stop light (we only have two) and think "this darn traffic!" (There's no traffic.

) Quite a change from the Vegas life where it was life threatening to drive across town.

There's something to be said about living in peace.
Life if short.

Enjoy your house and your new lifestyle.

As far as the house, I'm renting towards possibly owning down the road. But I'm also going in the direction of buying an RV.

It's a big different moving out of the city. We aren't that far from the city, but it is a small town.

I'm definitely going to enjoy it

we've already hosted 2 pool parties ha.

I love the pool too! And thanks.

This is the first time I've ever had a pool, anywhere I've lived.

It's really a nice thing to be able to work for a part of the day and then take a dip in the pool to chill out.

It's been a dream of mine to move away from the city and into the country. I've always wanted to see the stars at night, to no longer listen to the cars flying by, to relax.

And now I'm doing it!

We moved in on August 1st and it's a huge accomplishment in my life.

I'm not buying the house, but I am renting with the intentions of buying the house in 2 years.

It's funny because I moved from a city with more than 200,000 people, to a small county of less than 5,000 people. From a 2 bedroom apartment that I absolutely hated which was turning into a bad neighborhood, into a 4 bedroom, 2 car garage, swimming pool, hot tub fitted house in a new neighborhood that's surrounded by a golf course.

How frickin crazy is that?

But again, I'm not trying to brag. I just want you to know that living your dream is possible.

Each and every one of you have the same opportunities as I.

And I want you to start pushing yourself to reach your dreams. This is your chance, right now! So go out there and take it!

Pictures

After I'm done with it, it's going to look really nice

Super excited to be able to work in the yard.

I've already completely changed the look of the front yard and we're getting a lawnmower tomorrow.

Considering where I was living and where I have lived in my life, this is a REALLY nice neighborhood.

And there's a pool in the backyard.

Just to be able to say "backyard" is a crazy thing to me.

Oh and here's the view from my office.

There's a golf course right behind the houses in front of us.

Look's beautiful when the weather is nice.

We were looking at a "Raptor RV" and a Raptor truck, but of course that's going to take a while, I have to save up quite a bit.
