Great Recos Vince...Unlimited Power is a fantastic book! I really like Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by Harv Eker. Also, don't know if I would call it self help...but Sun Tzus Art of War is a great piece as well. I keep both of these books in my desk at all times. |

There's a free book on my blog (Warrior blog) called an Iron Will which you may like. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for however I think it's an excellent read and it's definitely worth taking a look.

Try and pick up a copy of Maxwell Maltz's Psycho- Cybernetics. There is something in that book for almost anyone. ....it's very powerful. _____ Bruce |

See what kind of books you like to read and check if the author you like offers any self-help courses. I know precisely which 2 courses i want to take sometime - but they won't mean anything to other people. Everyone is different. I personally trust people who achieved something extraordinary and that for me is convincing to spend money to learn from them. Gleb |

I am a big Tony Robbins fan personal development, and a big Robert Kiyosaki and Jay Abrams fan for business. You can always make sure you have your most comfortable way to learn whether audio, visual, or book. As far as what I look for...it start's with my most prevalent weakness...then I search for the remedy. Imagine years ago if people could improve their lives just by typing a search for the problems they were experiencing.

The areas I am interested, I have found some good programs from nightingale.com. They are well known for their personal development programs that range from spiritual, business building, real estate, and personal success. A lot of well known authors like Brian Tracey, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Wayne Dyer and others. They also have a personal coaching program. Regards, Kevin

Nice question. I would suggest starting with James Allen - As A Man Thinketh, it is public domain and short but very meaningful, you should be able to get a copy for free by Googling it. It forms the basis of most self help and self development courses. It starts with how we think and from there what action we take. I have done everything from Tony Robbins 3 day Date With Destiny to Meditation so you need to be clear on what you want to achieve with your study - are you looking to create wealth, create peace of mind, discipline and focus... Once you are clear on your goal you will attract the resources you need. I have now moved personally from Tony Robbins to Wayne Dyer. Much success. Sid |

The first thing I would say is do NOT be fooled into thinking you have to spend a lot of money. Obviously not everything will work for everyone the same way, but if you want something that is very inexpensive but extremely direct, simple and fast, I would highly recommend Paul Mckenna's Change Your Life in Seven Days as a great starting point that brings fast results. It combines a highly effective hypnosis cd with a very concise seven day program of well designed exercises to quickly assess and rebuild your habits and attitudes. You can find it on Amazon in paperback for about $6-8, or as little as £1 on Amazon UK but don't be put off by the cheap price. I've used it and it far exceeded my expectations. cheers Ken |

Google "Holosync" and "The Sedona Method" These are two VERY, VERY good places to start. I wish somebody had told me about them years ago. Also, no matter where you decided to put your focus, start one thing at a time and see it through until it's finished. |

hey bud.... great question. For me personally there are 3 specific courses that played a huge role in helping me to develop the mindset I was seeking. They are... 1. Personal Power by Tony Robbins. 2. Get The Edge by Tony Robbins 3. Maximize The Moment by T.D. Jakes I also found a Life Coach. This was a critical element in my life at a time when I was in a downward spiral and gaining momentum. He provided a friend to talk to, accountability, wisdom, insight and someone to call "bull****" when I strayed from authenticity. Along with the cds, which I listen to this very day, I read like a mad man. Every major positive thinking/personal development book you could think of, I've probably read it. Give those a go and you'll be on a great path that 97% of the population never discovers. Happy trails on your journey...... |

I know people have probably mentioned Tony Robbins to you, but I must say they are absolutely RIGHT. this guy is amazing, I use a program called get the edge and do a routine called daily magic in the morning, it is the best thing that i have come across. Since starting this my productivity has skyrocketed, my procrastination has dissapperaed, my just plain old simple just do it has kicked in and everything is happening well. Definately recommend this, it will be your best purchase ever, and Tony (as I like to call him now) will become your mentor, your friend and your drill instructor! Hope this helps |

The first self improvement (e)book I came across - and still one of the best, IMHO - is "The Science of Getting Rich" by Wallace D. Wattles. A classic. |

It's really cool but I haven't made the time for it because it takes about 2 hours a day!! It's pretty much the best self improvement product ever... but Time of Your Life is really good for time and life management while making life more enjoyable...I'm not always a fan of Tony, but this product is really good.
