Increase productivity = Increase Focus

Think about it. If you use a knife to cut bread its a heack of a lot easier than a spoon. A knife is focused effort. A spoon isn't.

These are good tips. Especially pay attention to what you are working in. Some people do just fine working in their pj's, but for most of us, we need to change to day clothes to break the sleep cycle. It's about your mentality. The more reminders that you have for it being work time instead of sleep time or lounging around time, the better.

I journal almost every day. It helps me sort out all of the thoughts running through my mind. And it helps me find out the problems that are bothering me, and preventing me from being as productive as I can be. Journaling is also very therapeutic.

Focus on the activities that MAKE YOU MONEY and let the rest go...that is what helped me free up my time..i realized a lot of my busy work actually was just me procrastinating something i really had to do...
