14 Year Old Part-Time Internet Marketer Reveals His Uber Article Writing Tips - Discover How To Write Kick Ass 500 Word Articles In 20 Minutes FLAT! - PART 1 by Tobi Olomofe & Kunle Olomofe Many people find it hard writing articles because they use guide lines that don't really help them with idea generation. Telling someone to "Write your headline, next write paragraph 1, next write paragraph 2, then add a close, now add your signature" is only going to show him what an article outline looks like. But, people need IDEAS to HELP them write. So, after putting Tobi (my 14 year old) on the spot 2 days ago, and basically telling him "Write me a killer article, you have 20 minutes, what will you do?", he inadvertently stumbled upon a killer formula that will generate ideas for ANY niche article you want to write and HELP you start up, beef up and finish up ANY article in just 20 minutes! Listen, Tobi's writing strategies blew me away. It takes A TON to blow me away with writing tips and tricks 'cos I invent my own and use mostly only my own writing tips. So, you'll want to pay attention, 'cos this stuff is GOLD. Uber Article Writing Tip # 1: Start your niche article with information you ALREADY know This is the best way to start any article. Most people will start writing by saying stuff they don't know--like wanting to start with facts and figures you're not conversant with--that is bound to knock the wind out of you right off the bat. Here's Tobi's strategy in LIVE ACTION... Simply write about what you ALREADY know about the topic. You may not know much, which is fine, because really this part of your article shouldn't be too drawn out. 3 - 4 lines of text is perfect here. So just write stuff you've heard, tried and tested, are convinced about, read some place else (but said in YOUR OWN words) etc. Simply WRITE WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THE TOPIC. If you don't know much or anything about the topic, guess what, jumping to google will fix that in under 5 minutes. Simply type the keywords you're interested in, the first 10 search results should have sites that will tell you more than enough for you to add in the first paragraph of your article. Pick 2 - 4 simple points. Elaborate briefly and you're done... Writing Time: 2.5 minutes. Uber Article Writing Tip # 2: Connect Your Article Tips With Someone/Something Famous! This one is one Tobi stole from me directly (and I'm proud he takes notice). When I write, I try to connect my copy or facts to something or someone that my readers look up to, admire or aspire to be like. It's a simple connecting-the-dots technique that if used in an article will draw many of your readers right in and let them know you KNOW what you're talking about... Now, before you go thinking... "How can I connect [MY NICHE TOPIC HERE] to a famous name?", it's really EASY. Just type YOUR NICHE TOPIC + FAMOUS NAME into any search engine. If one famous name fails you, pick another. Sometimes you may have to try more than 3ce, but keep at it... Trust me when I say... someone famous somewhere is connected with that topic.... How do I know? Well, have you ever heard of 6 degrees of separation? As far as I'm concerned, that stuff is actually pretty accurate. If you don't believe me, try it out yourself, use this tip. You'll quickly find the 2nd paragraph of your article will simply write itself. Writing Time: 1 - 2 minutes ...go ahead and try those 2 tips, I'll post up more tips later that will flesh out any article you're writing in just minutes. Cheers, Kunle Olomofe & Tobi Olomofe |

Very good tips. Many people seem to make the process a lot more complicated than it needs to be. I especially like your tip about talking about someone famous...while it might not work for every topic, it's the concept that's so good.
People like to see connections that make sense to them, and add interest to the article. There are many different ways to draw these connections, and you've hit on a great one! |

Hi Kunle,
Tip #2 was really creative and yet so blatantly obvious. I have seen examples in articles and even ads but it just never clicked, DUH! I could see where that could really increase the mileage you get from your articles. Thanks. Barry |

Hello Kunle
tip #1 is magic! When I think of the time I have spent researching something and saying to myself as I read "but I know all that already"...." Look forward to more of your tips. Prosperity to us all! samsmiles |

Tip #2 really is great! Oprah Winfrey does this all the time. (Just Kidding!) There are some great ways to save research time, too. Look on popular article directories and see what's hot. Also, use PLR content.

Hi RDB,
Glad you liked them. More coming soon. Quote:
The way you want to look at it is, celebrities eat, breathe, drink and sleep just like the rest of us, only most do it in more comfort, remove the comfort and they are plain as the rest of us, some even plainer, so when I'm using this technique I think hard about which celebrities would be most likely to fall into the category of what I'm talking about. Oprah LOVES her dog (or is it dogs?) to DEATH. I would use that well in an article about Pets, Dog training, Dog lovers, that kind of stuff. Another trick I've picked up is to think about the connection in ANY way possible, it doesn't even have to be 100% direct, for example, I wrote an article for a customer that had to do with a topic that was related to but not directly connected to the topic celebrities are really interested in, I was still able to make a connection by relating the topics with a FACT-BASED link to each other that I found through my online research. The customer was blown away. And the article was 100% accurate and informative too. So, you can be flexible with this strategy, just make sure you're honest and accurate too and it SHOULD work with ANY topic. Cheers Quote:

So when my boy picked it to use in ARTICLE WRITING I thought that was genius too, article writing and copywriting are 2 sides of the same coin so to speak so another simple tip is to learn copywriting tricks and use them subtly in your article writing too, just make your articles informative rather than salesly, and you can even make your copy the same and sell more too, I learned that from Allen way back in the late '90's... solid stuff that is rarely used and still works. Best of luck. Quote:

I'm looking forward to some additional tips. This is kind of like "slipstreaming" but I never thought just to write an article like this before. These are really great tips.
Also, the technique you describe...brainstorming and writing what you know...is a great cure for procrastination. LOL. No excuses now I guess. |

OK. Here's how that made me feel... elated. ![]() Why? I actually don't know much if anything about the topic that people would find interesting, so I would have to do a lot of research first to write even the first paragraph... or so I thought... fast foward to using my son's tip... ...I decided to just write whatever it was I did know, and in 2 minutes or less I had 200+ words of some of the best intro words I've used in article writing in years... I mean it buggles MY mind that there's so much great content in my head that I didn't even know was there and I was searching for hours online to find "good starter content" Bottom line, method 1 is a no brainer for me, and if you get stuck like me, it should be a no brainer for you too. Best of luck! Kunle | |
