I wrote this article recently, check it out and see what you think of it.

The 2 most important words for achieving success are ‘focus’ and ‘concentration’. The ability to focus and concentrate on your goals will determine how much you can achieve more than any other qualities you can develop. Let me repeat this again. There is a simple formula to achieve success, which is to focus clearly on your highest priorities and concentrate single-mindedly on them until they are completed

Hi I read it.

I think this sums it up from your article....

"There is a simple formula to achieve success, which is to focus clearly on your highest priorities and concentrate single-mindedly on them until they are completed."

so I guess from that definition what you mean by concentrate - you mean TAKING ACTION.

Attitude and Action
with a poor and negative attitude it does not matter if you take action, you may have a sucky attitude and still have success because you took action but you won't have the long term success, your attitude attracts, what you display and how you act is vital important .
