| Taking responsibility for your life is absolutely essential if you are looking to become a truly empowered human being in mlm. You are NOT responsible for what other people do in network marketing. Sometimes someone does something that harms you and you think, "I shouldn't have let that happen." The reality is that no matter how good you are at marketing, recruiting and doing all of the things that are necessary to grow a successful mlm business opportunity, other people that you teach and train are individuals and have their own path to follow. In other words, show them what you know and allow them to do it. You are not a babysitter and if you are constantly doing everything for your business partners, then you are stripping them of the opportunity to become an empowered human being and entrepreneur for themselves. Too often, there are many business owners out there that put too much time and emphasis on trying to change people to be as good as they are instead of concentrating more important things such as recruiting more mlm prospects, marketing and expanding their network marketing business opportunity. Are you responsible for all of the events and people's setbacks that happen in your organization? No. You are not responsible. If you try to claim responsibility for something that is not in your power to control, then you actually diminish your ability to control your life and your mlm business. Why? Because deep inside, you know such actions are out of your control. And if you make yourself responsible for something that is out of your control, then you are walking down a losing road. You ARE 100% responsible for how you react to what other people do. You don't have to be "done in" by anything anybody else does or what expectantly happens in your network marketing business. It is your decision what you focus on. So how you react is always your choice. If you choose to react as a victim, then once again, you are walking down a losing road in mlm. The correct choice is to learn from your mistake and put yourself in a position where YOU are in control of the situation, never a victim. This may take some thought, but the solution is always there. You are NOT responsible for bad things that happen in your life. You ARE 100% responsible for how you react to the bad things that happen. Once you can truly understand and accept that you are an empowered entrepreneur who doesn't allow external forces control your direction in your network marketing business, then you will become an unstoppable force and eventually influence the outer situations and people to work in your favor. |

Very well written. I always say: "Be the producer of your circumstances, not the product of them." |

No one can take the whole responsibility, only needed is a responsible attitude keeping in mind spreading good things is a bit difficult as compared to the bad things... As they attract too much.
