ebooks as a profitable niche

You know I have been curious about a niche that my main websites are about (namely the snohomish ebook store), and have been wondering if a website about ebooks would really be a profitable niche? What are your thoughts about making a website centered around an ebook collection? Another niche I am thinking about developing as well is a website on downline systems (i.e., GDI, zenzuu, and others).

Clickbank is in essence a site about ebooks and is very profitable, they're just on the other side of the stick. Audible.com is a site centered around audio books and is doing very well. Amazon has the Kindle which is focused around ebooks. As you can see you're going against some major competitors. I'd rather focus on building mini-niche sites to push individual ebooks; it's more profitable.

Only factor that may hinder your way, would be the slow establishing clientage. You will have to do riggourous marketing to introduce your ebooks to your clients. Once you develop customer loyalty you can get benefits from ebooks niche.

As far as I have seen the Warrior forum, eBook writing is the most profitable niche. No doubt about it.

You know, I think that I may have just gotten an edge when it comes to the ebook niche. I stumbled across this website called, cbproads, which is a company that specializes in clickbank products, they offer storefronts to people interested that contain more than 6000 different ebooks and related products from clickbank merchants. And so, I decided to try it out, and just recently embedded the new storefront on my website under the featured ebooks page, and so that just might be the key to success. Now, my site is almost fully complete and ready to promote.

Ebook writing not is one the most profitable
niches but also one of the easiest one to get into.

Definitely certain books relating to online marketing and promotion have acquired a niche status... they really sharpen up your mind and share with you great experience in various levels in life. One has truly said,”learn from the experiences of others cos you won't live long enough to gain all by yourself.” Certainly a must read!

I am starting up a whole network with sites selling ebooks, and I am very confident this will make a good profit once its set up...

People want information, they want it so much they are willing to pay for it. The trick is to make the offer bigger than any hype or copy that you throw up on a sales page. If your offer is incredible you're copy doesn't have to be. I'd add a video component to your ebook, or an audio version of it. Make it as accessible as possible to your prospective buyer and they will flip for it. Add a quick start guide with bullet points and they won't be able to pull their wallets out fast enough.

In my personal opinion I think that topic has been overdone, and it would be hard for you to stand out from the clutter. But that's just my opinion, and I do not know your experien and maybe you can over this fact

Yea I really think its the content over the way you deliver it.

So many people have really cashed in with taking info and re-packaging it with added value.

Especially on Ebay, many people admit they are making more money since they stopped allowing digital downloads.

CDs, DVDs, "Kits", "Packages" Collections" allow us to raise the selling price and we get a higher percieved value.
