What is the 'Law Of Attraction'?

For me, the three biggest truths you need to face, learn and implement into yourself and business are:

1. Learn and be congruent with the principles that govern success and never form habits around those that cause failure.

2. Detach yourself from expectations. In this way you'll be free! Probably not in a financial sense yet but if you don't have any self indulgent expectations then you'll be able to communicate and work on your business in a more empowered state of mind and eventually people will be attracted to you as a result either as paying customers or business partners.

3. Finally, add value to other people's lives. Value in the sense of giving information, content, services and skills to those that are truly seeking them. In this way, the law of attraction will be activated and no longer will you ever have to go out there and hunt people down for your business. You will become a teacher, a mentor and will have branded yourself as a leader in the eyes of your prospects and this is what most people need in their lives.

If you learn the real law of attraction in life, business, success, home businesses, network marketing, affiliate marketing, direct sales...in anything, you will have the ability to dominate any industry you can set your sights on.

You are spot on, well put.

I also believe that people need to be truly inspired by their goals to be able to put enough effort and focus on it... if the goal is insipid and a wish rather than a must have, it usually just does not inspire or motivate people to do the hard yards to achieve it.

Yep, I agree those are the princioals of the system... if you're looking for a more indepth lkook at LOA, I highly recommend Jack Canfield's Effortless Success Program - just goes into it all in a little bit more depth, breaking down the processes and talking about other people's experiences and what has happened to them - its a really great system.

Also, he talks about how he knows he's had a great idea, and some of the hurdles he's had along the way to selling 1 billion copies of Chicken Soup for the Soul - truly inspirational!

I feel that the Law of Attraction hams more people than it helps. Those who teach it stress the "Thinking Positively" aspect too much and leave the "Take Action" part out almost completely!

In truth, 90% of the change in your life will be a direct result of you taking action...so people are often left short-handed when working through this topic in their lives.

LOL - Great point. Staying true to yourself will
put you in front of every opportunity meant for
you.

If you don't like somebody because they are too
negative, don't answer their calls.

If you want to start your own business but have a 200k
mortgage and a 50k car, downside the house and sell
the car!

Too often, people look at themselves from the outside in
rather then from the inside out.

95% of the things that we believe we "need" are just
societies general view. There should be nothing that
holds you back from being truly happy.

If success in business is something that YOU truly want,
it will come as long as you follow your gut!

Follow the principle: Your Gut Is Your God! This means that
everything you want to do and feel right doing, you should
just do it and don't worry about how others will view you.

So today, if there is something holding you back from really
living to your full potential, acknowledge it and start finding
solutions to change and live your life the way you believe
it should be lived, without consideration for all of these outside
factors!

The moral of the story is: BE YOURSELF!

There are a few of the gurus that use a variation of this...Mike Dilliard sells a systym called attraction marketing I believe, sorry if Im not exactly correct.

But it must be a powerful concept, because the guru swears he has made a fortune with his program.
