David Icke may be a little off the wall to the mainstream but in this clip he really nails the essence of modern economics and how those that control the money supply control the whole damn show.

Fractional banking allows banks to literally create money from nothing. Then they lend this to others & charge them interest. Effort expended in the creation of goods & services creates wealth and quality of life. Creating money does not create real value (actual goods & services) but it does allow the banks to steal a share of real value(wealth) via the interest payments that they receive on the smoke screen money that they lend. Anyone know of a bigger scam than this?
