A simple technique to send thoughts!

I want to share an easy technique that I came up with and that gave me good results to send thoughts to another person. Perhaps it could be useful to someone else!
The first time I used it it worked in less than 2 weeks but you have to be very consistent and disciplined. The way it worked for me is that the words I sent to the other person were either pronounced to me literally, or their behavior changed towards me etc.

What I did was, every night before going to sleep when you are in that drowsy state, picture the person you want to send thoughts to in order to create a connection, (make those thoughts positive ones!), when that mental representation feels real enough step into the picture, don't see yourself in the scene but actually be in it, to make this easier touch the arm of the person for instance. When you are able to make this very vivid, whisper the name of the person and yours and then your message in the ear of that person, make it short and believable.
If you wanted your boss to acknowledge your good work then say something like: "Name of the Boss", this is "your name" you appreciate my work. Or to a friend you could say: you enjoy spending time with me..etc.

Do this every night, consistently until it becomes a habit and feels natural, don't skip a day and you should start seeing things shifting accordingly!

Gymnasts and other athletes use visualization to enhance their training as it allows the mind to image doing a perfect move and then later it helps execute it during a competition. This same principle can be applied in ordinary life to any situation, whether asking someone on a date or getting a raise at your job. You have to visualize your success to see the path, otherwise you won't know which direction to go.

What happens in part of this process is that YOU change your attitude, thoughts and actions as well. Why? Because of this focused thought. Make sense?

Yes, I agree that this can "connect" with the other person in a way that can "change" behavior but, many times, a big part of that behavior is what takes place within us along the way.

The drowsy time just before going to sleep is the best time to send messages to your subconscious mind in order to change beliefs and make an overall lasting change in our lives by stating in the positive what it is we want by acknowledging that we already either have what it is that we want or that we have the power to create it. The subconscious mind is the most receptive right before going to sleep and waking up. These are the most powerful times to do positive affirmations and self hypnosis etc etc...

The things that go on within ourselves in that "drowsy state" are incredible, I acknowledged this when I tried to meditate for the first time 3 years ago. Then I stumbled upon the term "Astral Projection" and from that point on..., no words can describe this.
