We all go through stress everyday. Stress in work, stress in expectation, stress of motivation, stress of body giving up, stress in decision making and a lot of stresses.

    Exercising. It flushes all your emotions away. Make sure you exercise within the right heart-rate margin for your own body, otherwise you'll either under or over-exercise.

    I go on really, really long hikes by myself. There's nothing better than being alone in nature for me. I also started using this Muse headband. Sorta helps to analyze how your brain actually works but in the form of a video game.
