"Thought Looping" - You Tried It...? Here's My Results :-)

Here's How These 12 Words
WILL Propel You To The Life
Of Your Dreams Right Away...

Hey Warrior,

...I wanted to share with you 12 SIMPLE words that I have been using that have (and continue to) totally changed my life.

But, first... let me give you a bit of background about WHY this works so well (I won't go too deep into this, promise!)

It's using a strategy called "Thought Looping" that I picked up from one of my mentors... Gavin Stephenson.

It's pretty simple.

All you have to do is:

1) Choose a thought a positive statement that will dramatically impact your life (I will share mine with you in just a moment)

2) Repeat it over and over again in your mind for the next 14 days.

You LOOP the thought.

Round and round in your head.

Science has proven this works, time, and time again.

For example, "The Illusion of Truths" dictates that the more often you see something - the more likely you are to accept it as the TRUTH.

And, my friend... when you accept an idea (or statement) as true in your conscious mind.

...It will automatically be passed over to your sub-conscious mind.

And, as soon as your sub-conscious mind accepts it as the TRUTH...

...It will instantly move you into a new vibration...

Open the gates for you, and attract into your life EVERYTHING that you need.

Here's The 12 Word Thought Loop I Use:

"Infinite Wealth, Money & Success Flow To Me In Avalanches Of Abundance".

The more you repeat it, the more it becomes a part of you.

For about the last 15+ days now, I have just been repeating this OVER & OVER again in my mind.

I try to do it as much as possible.

When I'm driving.

When I'm watching a movie.

When I'm washing up.

When I'm exercising (moving your body makes it so much more POWERFUL).

As much as I possible can, I loop the statement over, and over again.

This is also neat, because it doesn't allow your mind to wonder.

It keeps it highly FOCUSED on what you want to create (wealth).

So far, I have been BLOWN AWAY with the results.

After saying this... it's crazy how many new idea's I have been having.

In the past week or so - I have attracted into my life more money than I ever.

...Just yesterday; someone (who I haven't spoke to in over a year) came to me looking to hire me for a project.

Connivence?

Maybe!

But, it doesn't matter to me.

Ever since I have started this thought-loop... my life keeps continuing to change for the better.

...And, I KNOW that YOURS will too, if you just try it out. :-)

Final Words:

Another thing that I like to do is 2/3 times a day... I totally relax my entire body, and repeat my thought loop, over again over again.

I really dig into the FEELINGS.

I FEEL what it's like to have infinite wealth, money and success just flowing to me on a consistent basis.

(It's important that you are feeling that it's happening RIGHT NOW. If you feel it happening in the future - that's where it will stay.)

You might also want to thought-loop a goal that you have.

E.g. you could say to yourself over and over again:

"I'm just the kind of guy that makes $10,000.00 per month".

Loop it round, and round in your mind.

Over, and over again.

Feel what it's like that you NOW make $10,000.00 per month.

I promise you that it will change your life.

I am a firm believer that if you just give this a go for the next 10 days - it WILL change your life.

Give it a go!

You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

Feel free to leave your thoughts, and comments below.

If you have ever heard of this, or have used it in your own life... share your results below! :-)

Also, after testing this out... come back to this thread & share with us how much it has changed your life for the better!!

Stay awesome,
Tom Glover

I think this "thought looping" is just another name for affirmations, or is there a difference. Affirmations are okay, but I think questions are so much more powerful.

"Thought looping" is another form of affirmations, but it doesn't matter what you call it. TomGlover has hit the nail on the head with this one.

      Hey Tomwood
      I'm curious,
Why do you think affirmations are just "okay" and why you feel "questions are more powerful"?

You are absolutely correct Tomwood! I think combining positive thought with specific challenge to that computer between our ears is the key.

We can not leave things too vague.

It's like when you are trying to remember a song you say to yourself what is that song? It may be 3am 2 days later but your brain went to work because you programmed it to process a task and it delivered for you on total automation.

Ask questions..but ask good questions. Do not ask questions with false premise.

Like someone asking why does this always happen to me? Very bad.

Ask rather how can I get that specific goal of....accomplished?

I appreciate what you are saying but anyone with Clinical OCD....well this is not advisable.

Not trying to be funny. Really serious.

Brain Loop is a commonly referred medical term used by Medical professionals who are caring and treating OCD patients.

This could really put a truly impaired OCD patient into a tailspin

I think you should tell them how much money you've made repeating this Thought Loop Tom.

    Anywhoo

I think Tom you missed out on something here which is key to making it work

    And that is...

Repeat 10x something which is 100% true. Like "I am sitting on a chair right now" - "I am sitting on a chair right now".

Notice the tone you use, they way you say it etc.

Then say your thought loop in this way.

Affirmations are usually repeated out loud and you're trying to convince yourself of something. Thought looping on the other hand saying it your head over and over.

Not too sure about the OCD stuff but Tom has transformed his life financially doing this.

I have a incredibly hard time "feeling" the emotions of being successful when doing exercises like this. Any tips or advice. How do I feel my thought loop? I hope you know what I mean.

You don't have to feel anything.

      Simply repeating something like

I'm just the type of guy/girl that makes $100 per day
I'm just the type of guy/girl that makes $100 per day

      Is sufficient enough.

      Or

Perhaps your goal is too big for you subconsciously

I would advice making a goals equivalent to the amount you earn in your job. It's more realistic than $10k per month if you've never done it before.

So if you earn $2000 per month in your job you can make a thought loop that says:

Why am I so happy and excited that I am making $66.66 per day online?

      or

Why did I make $66.66 today?

      or

I am just the type of guy/girl that makes $66.66 per day online.

Thought looping should be you number 1 focus for a majority of the day. You have brain wash yourself so to speak until it becomes real. Then make a new goal once you've achieve it.

TIP... add enthusiasm and faith to any goal you want to accomplish. Eventually your mind will start to believe it. I would say if your emotions are not in line with you goals its because you havent brain washed enough (read think and grow rich)

Incantations work well for me too.

In the past writing my goal over and over again in a notebook in the morning and evenings helped. What do you think to this method?

I do that every day. The key is to never stop until you hit your target.

Then go for the next one

Why do you think it works? It can be quite scary as to how sometimes things just "fall into place"

Training your brain to focus on one thing activates a part of your brain call reticular activating system (RAS)

(RAS) is basically like the minds filter.

Wealth is right in front of your eyes right now. Most people can't see it because they haven't trained there brains to see it.

When you train your brain, your RAS comes into play and filters out things that match what you focus on most of the time.

So it automatically starts looking seeking out what you desire.

I found this video on youtube for you which explains more

              There are more videos..

The key is to learn to use your brain to create outcomes you want. You have to give your mind a vision DAILY. The mind is always looking to lock on to something...

If that's TV so be it... if thats your kids so be it, if that's facebook so be it.

Something is always grabbing your attention and one of the hardest things to do now days is get our attention on what we want to create. It takes work! but if you can do it you'll be 75% of the way to your goal.

This is a quote from the bible although I am not religous I believe in this whole heartedly

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Now Thought looping can be done any time anywhere anyplace

Writing your goal once a day as soon as you wake up is powerful. Just one goal to start off with.

Use incantations as a bonus.. get into a peak state and feel certainty (faith) that its already accomplish and do your incantation.

              but..

Start of with one thing. Then when you see it work you can expand.

Also be in a frame of mind that it's already done.

If you're wondering when its going to happen for you its the wrong vibration. That vibration will just create more of when is it going to come, when is it going to come. Your RAS will bring you more of that!

You have to act like you've achieved it already and your RAS will seek that out for you.

And be excited and enthusiastic about it no matter how long it takes. How long it takes should be out of anyones mind. Forget time frames (easier said than done). Just know it's already done (faith)

I recommend making the goal small as well...

for most people their subconscious will fight back because its just out of there current frame of reality. When you make smaller goals and you know it's possible for then it will happen faster in my opinion.

Most people make huge goals and personal development gurus say THINK BIG but in my opinion that doesn't work for every body due to upbringing and certain conditions that have been imposed onto the individual.

so i guess thats my 2 cents :-D

Nobody listens unless its new or has a hook.

Things have to be marketed and packaged

If you tell people to excercise, drink more water and eat well. Chances are you wont get a best seller and nobody will take action on the information.

Your words stand true buts its not the reality of how people react to information out there these days.

But thought looping is different from affirmations in my opinion. Has done wonders for me and my students.

So not sure if you should make judgement calls havent yet put something into implementation compared to something like affirmations

good points that you conclude it's about the money.

and, most are willing to believe.

Making a judgement? the OP said it's scientific.

It is kind of scientific. Theres a part of your brain behind your ear called the reticular activating system. Whatever you feed it consistently, it will filter out more of it for you.

A majority of the information on our external environment is negative so if with let our brain run on autopilot you can guess what will happen.

Some people have the natural ability to just go after there dreams without resistance. where as others... something is holding them back, this is something I experienced myself.

For me, I wanted it but, I would always experience self sabotaging actions

It's defiantly a tiny bit wishy washy, theres something weird and magical about it. I've experience weird synchronicity to many times to tell.

I just believe the brain is way more powerful than what we can see and experience, if we use it properly.

I use to believe in airy fairy law of attraction hoopla but now i just believe write your goal everyday and take frekin action and it will happen. synchronicity will happen along the way.

Thought Looping is the only way you can do all day, any time any place anywhere. Affirmations and incantations you have to take time out to do them, usually in front of the mirror... otherwise people will consider you weird LOL.

                      Nothing wrong with weird haha.

Who knows if Tom never done this would have done over $20k after a very short space of working with me. Im not willing to take that risk. i tell all my students to it and I have tons of success stories..

Maybe its placebo who knows it just works.

Should this work for anything? Also for more than one goal at a time?

Let's say I want to create wealth for myself but I also want to get back in the gym and do more for my family. Can it work for all life goals and would I start with one or try all at the same time?

do an action loop. for 21 days. (research showing 21 days for neural connections)

go, then go back, then loop around and go back again and again.

your body and mind will change physiologically.

So much so it will be a positive addiction.

So much so, you will get Energy from it, (by exercise movements).

then you will have extra Energy to go after wealth.

There is no other activity that changes the Mind, Body, and Soul more than Exercise.

look better, sleep better, handle stress better, think better ...... etc.., etc..,

don't loop it, do it 21 days

best wishes on your new focus. If I can do it. you can too.

Everyone is different. I havent successful made a habit until i hit the 40+ day mark.

Yes it works with everything. Give your mind a target and it will go for it.

In regards to having mutiple goals thats fine. I say just do one so you can see it working. The expand on that. But thats just advice not a manatory thing. :-)

Affirmations haven't done much for me personally in the past.

When a 'self limiting' belief comes up, I usually have to look deeper to the 'Cause' (in my mind) and the meaning that I must have gave my power to in order to cause the limiting belief in the first place.

"No Problem Can Be Solved On The Same Level That It Was Created or Perceived".

This can be a little in the border of convincing yourself about something and if not done right can be a little confusing along the way.

Sure, this is a conditioning skill like most others. Any good conditioning skill could work. Unless your limiting beliefs are powered by stronger emotion then it will always fail.

If the fear behind the belief that you are inadequate is there it won’t work.

If the hatred of yourself is damaging your self esteem then this won’t work.

If you are afraid of success then this won’t work.

Or if you can’t focus because of other problems – then it won’t work.

Or if you have just the “right” combination of any false beliefs then this won’t work. Or you could learn to heal your false beliefs and just about anything will then work.

You guys are getting closer and closer to what it takes to change though.

Here is the only way I have found to change any limiting belief:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/mind-war...g-beliefs.html

Or go back to fake it ‘til you make it. Another excellent skill . . . unless you don’t believe in faking it – then it will not work either.

      Tom,

I saw your original post shortly after the New Year began.

I added one word (health) to the loop (now, for me, it has become, 'Infinite health, wealth, money and success flow to me in avalanches of abundance').

I started doing this on or around January 4.

Weird things started happening, relatively quickly.

I am doing things, and on a different path in my life, that before the New Year, I wouldn't have thought of doing.

(Not to be coy, but I make a six-figure income from my day job and I was drawn very powerfully to many different types of auctions (something that is not even in my realm of experience. I am an IT guy, at the top of my game in that field). This was not part of my experience before the New Year, nor was it a part of any of my goals, or on my radar in any way. To clarify further, there was no reason for me to really take any other action (from a monetary standpoint) than what I do for work. The actions I am taking (I believe as a result of this affirmation), are about happiness more than anything. What I am doing gives me the feeling of happiness.

I have made a small amount of profit through the auctions (under $350), but my action levels are picking up radically. Things are starting to occur (and have been in the works for six to seven weeks) that seem almost as if they are by design. I get the feeling in another thirty-sixty days, things are just going to explode, because of the actions I am taking now.

I have repeated this phrase either internally, or out loud, thousands of times. I do it every time I think of it (I have certain triggers that remind me to do it). I knew it was being etched into my subconscious when I had a very realistic dream where I was looking into the eyes of another person and this was being said to me (I actually think I was speaking it out loud in my sleep, based on how slow the other person was saying it to me).

Summary:Thank you for the idea. You were right. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. This idea/mantra/saying focuses me and gets/keeps me focused, both subconsciously and consciously, on the 4 pillars of health, wealth, money and success (and how more of those can flow into my life in a never-ending current).

This simply works. I don't know why or how.

It's been one month since I last posted. I continue these affirmations/though looping.

My action levels have not receded, and things are starting to happen very, very quickly around me (don't get me wrong. It is because of my actions that these things are happening, but there are experiences and things happening that are amazing).

If I could give advice to anyone here; DO this. Nothing to lose. Everything to gain.

Get quiet. Go to a quiet room or to your car if you have to. Say it out loud to yourself. You'll feel silly at first, but then it becomes second nature after a while.

I don't know why this works. It just works. I think it's because it focuses your mind and keeps it focused.

I dropped some habits that were not serving me. The thing that I noticed most is the desire in me to just DO. I did not have this before. It's like my brain, as I repeat these things, is clearing up any possible sabotage or blocking that could/would take place. I have not experienced this phenomenon in my 40 years of life up to this point (and I would call myself extremely successful. My success, though, I would say, is in spite of my own stupid self up to this point).

I was always looking for the HUGE score; that one thing that would make it. I always wanted to start a business, but felt if I couldn't duplicate my income (or thought I couldn't), why bother? I see the potential in what I'm doing now to not only duplicate, but double or triple my income (I'm right above the six-figure range in income now for my day job).

So, how does this apply here, to you all?

Do the thought looping. Do it with no expectation. Just do it. Every time you wash a dish; every time you go to the bathroom; every time you open your car door; whatever. Give yourself reminders or triggers, so that when you see or do those things, the thought fires off in your head. It takes just 5 seconds (or so) to think the thought. If it's painful, let it go and come back to it in twenty minutes or so.

Then, things will happen in your life. Start the first piece of action you know you need to take. Step away from the TV and mindless internet surfing. Get into movement. Get into action. Do the first step. Say the saying. Do the second step. Think the saying. Do the third step. Then, relax. Regroup.

Wake up the following morning. Think the saying. Nobody knows that you're doing it. Think it again, 10 more times. Take the fourth step you need to take. If it's a mundane process, think the saying the whole way through the mundane process (see what's happening here?).

Once the mundane process is completed, think the saying. Relax. Regroup. Think the saying.

        Do the fifth step.

        ...

It is magical, and, honestly, nothing more than simply a mechanism to allow yourself to get out of your own stupid way and start succeeding, in spite of yourself.

        It will work. Do it.

I continually do affirmations while I drive down the road. It just seems to be the easiest time for me to do them and makes me actually like driving lol.

And when i get out of the car I feel all fired up!

Its actually a great way to stay focus and positive. I used to say this to myself when I wake up,

"Ohh..This day is going to be great and I am feeling like something awesome will happen today.."

This really does a great job..It does not solve problems..but it gives you something to cheer about...Thanks a lot for sharing...
