Part of Dan McCoy's SIG as I type this...

Secretly we are ALL avoiding activities that may validate our deepest fears. Immediately doing what we are avoiding is the key to our greatest success.
This held me back for years.

That's a great one. It's about creating your success by eliminating fear! by "Immediately doing what we are avoiding" we are one step closer to our "greatest success"

F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real.

Most people never take action because they are fearful of the outcome. That they won't create the desire results they want, that "it won't work" so many negative thoughts of the outcome that ultimately hold people back in the end. If you let fear hold you back you will never get anywhere. When you take action despite fear you have courage. People with courage are those that took that step forward despite what negative thoughts of it not working. When you are showing you are not afraid of anything that comes your way.

Remember that a ship is meant for sailing, if it is always tied to dock, guess what you will NEVER get to experience it to it's fullest potential. Same thing in life if you are afraid to live life, you will never live life to it's full potential.

I find that comfort is more of an issue than fear for me. Comfort keeps me in the same cycle, but fear of rejection in the business world is what I inevitably avoid. Because of your post, I'm going to aim to do one task per day that I normally avoid due to fear.
