Manage information and get organized
Here is my way to manage information with efficientpim.
1, Manage all the things including contacts, events, tasks, video/comments/blogs..urls, passwords for different websites and so on in one interface.
2, Make to do list and group all the items by location, such as home and office. and use color labels to set the priority
3. Set a reminder to alert me when something is due in case miss important meetings or dates, sometimes also post sticky notes to the desktop
