If you link massive pain to any behavior or emotional pattern we will avoid indulging in it at all costs! We can use this understanding to harness the force of pain and pleasure to change virtually anything in our lives, not matter what you desire.
How can you use this technique to change your live in seconds?

Answer:
"Lets say you want to make money online. Our behaviors, conscious and unconscious - both one, as been rigged by pleasure and pain from a ton of sources: parents, school friends, other marketers, low quality content you've read, movies, your environment itself..."
What drives out behaviors is instinctive reaction to pleasure and pain. Not intellectually calculation. Why do we still eat candy stuff or sugar? Because we are not driven so much by what we intellectually know, but rather by what we've learned to link pleasure and pain in our nervous systems. It's our neuro-associations - the associations we've established in our nervous systems that determine what we'll do.
To get to point, all you need to do is link enough pain to what you want to change in your life, let's say you want to quit your job in exchange for your online business. Link enough pain to the idea what will happen when you won't quit your job because of exchange to your online business? What will happen in the next years? financial, your personal destiny etc.
Take a look at someone who has quit smoking for one to another day - i've done this too and i can tell you i've tried it almost 100x...all different stuff, nothing worked for long term!
As i realized, that i need to link massive pain with smoking, i could quit with it from one to another day! You need to change your behaviors to destroy this chain...
For example i didn't drink coffee anymore when i was smoking, i didn't smoke after i had lunch etc...
