Hi Guys,

Do you know who you are? What you are?

Go with me for a second.

If you could not use your name or your
accomplishments to describe yourself,
what would you say you are?

Are you a mass of flesh and blood only?

Are you the body plus a mind?

Are you mind and consciousness?

You get the idea..........

For me, I would say that I am not the body
or the mind. I am the life force and consciousness
that propels the body and mind.

I am that which is left over from the body and mind.
I am Eternal Bliss Consciousness.
