Are You Feeling Tied To Your IM Biz ?

Past years was really hard to me, had tons of work, was working 10 hours in a day and now I am working same hours.
Have you feel what you like tied to your business and havent ability to relax and to dont think about your business.. ?
I really tired to wake up in the morning and be responsibile for so many things. Need to do this ,need to do this,need to do another thing and another...and you look what time is and its evening and need to go to sleep and again same morning...
So the main question is: How to plan everything ? I mean how to go to relax few days without worrying about you biz? Maybe to hire VA or some people who could work for you.
I am not feeling I am FREE anymore..actually its vice versa now.. I want to be and feel FREE person.
