Managing Multiple IM Clients

Experienced client-business people only:
In terms of TIME How do you recommend managing multiple internet marketing clients?
Its a tricky thing, lots of overlap but some have differing needs.
Best answer wins.
Thank you in advance.

The most important key is organization, in being able to manage your activities And get them done as quickly as possible. When you're able to do this you're able to do what once would've taken an hour, and a half hour, Or maybe even less.

For example, have planned out exactly what you're going to do in each session, and I know doing coaching myself you can't 100% plan this out from end to end, but if you've done enough coaching sessions you can get a general idea have a plan in place for what to do as a general template..

What you want to do is find those overlaps, and figure out how to systematize the commonalities as much as you can, so you can take your mind off those and focus on the things that need your attention.

You have to have a structure if you want to manage multiple clients more effectively. I have several clients that I maintain so I make sure that I have a proper structure and follow strict schedule. I wake up early so I can start my day early and when I work, I avoid disruption as much as possible to keep me on schedule. In case of overlaps or clients requesting extra service that will affect my time set for other clients I have someone I trusted that can do extra tasks for me. Delegation can be a life saver most of the time.

You need to maker a daily list of tasks and ensure that you prioritise the list according to the needs of your clients. My clients have varying degrees of urgency so I plan accordingly.

    Hi TIM, (haha, get it

I like blocking up my work; 1 client, for 1 or 2 hours, and then, continue. Don't work outside of those blocks, unless you're putting out fires. I get it; one may get precedence over others of course due to the strength of your bond but overall, spend 1 or 2 hours, or whatever your time frame is, working on 1 client project at a time.

I balance my freelance writing clients with: publishing 1 eBook on Amazon weekly, handling my blog coaching clients, publishing a 6,000 word blog post weekly, commenting on blogs, commenting on forums, doing 101 other things lol, living in paradise, chilling in Bali, hitting the beach, hitting the pool, and living the life. It's a chore at times, and I am busy as hell, but I am also free in a big, major league way because I work in chunks, or blocks, and drop everything when time has expired. I return to the task the following day. This allows me to have a fun, freeing, pretty dang neat life outside of all the online stuff I do.

    Tweeting from Bali.
