You feel like you are totally lost and confused about what to do next because of too much informations settling into your brain? People's telling you to do this and do that, but you just go round and round in circles without achieving anything?

Causes of Information Overload:

* The easy access to the web

* You simply type the keyword phrase that you are looking in search engines and it will freshly deliver to you

* Easy deliverable of any reports or any information to people by using emails

Just want to share my 2 ways on how to handle this.

2 Better Ways To Handle Information Overload

1. Establish your peak productivity time

By establishing your peak productivity time - this will lead you to take some action and establish your time discipline to focus in your business. You need to establish your daily routine. Even when you are specializing in one strategy you will always find various of informations - take control of your time by scheduling when and how long you will engage yourself with those bits of informations you receive about your field or strategy.
Limit the distractions of email or facebook

2. Emails come in to your mailbox every 5 minutes or less and facebook updates come in to your newsfeeds every seconds. You just need to set aside one to two times a day from checking your emails. Normally our energy and productivity comes in the morning. It can be easy to get caught up in a day in simply reading, surfing your facebook newspage about your friends activities and so much more that we forget all about our goals and just end up focusing our attention on these kinds of activities that can lead us to distractions. Concentrate and focus first with your business or any of your income producing activities first before checking your emails and checking your facebook newsfeed.
