Whats the best way to sell and online course, email or membership site.

I want to sell a self esteem affirmation course that I have written but I am unsure as to the best way to deliver it. I thought about selling it via an email course say for eg via mailchimp but my concern is the recipient can just forward the emails to anyone they want or should I set a membership site but unsure as to which one to use.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

    They all work. If someone wants to cheat the system and send your products to other people. He will find a way.

    Honestly, just view someone who pirates your information as validation that your stuff works. I know it sounds weird and you are probably like... why??

    But think about it.. if someone is willing to pilfer your information for free and take the risk of pirating your shit then you are making stuff that is valuable to people to hopefully others who cannot afford it.
