I have had a couple of businesses and i have to admit that i have failed more than i have succeeded. As Richard Branson said " Do not be embarrassed by your failures, learn from them and start again". Here is what i learned from all my mistakes

    I really like your point on there about starting a business for the wrong reasons. A business is a long-term venture, sure you're going to be very excited and motivated when you first start it but what about a year down the line, or 5 years down? You need to have a passion for it otherwise it's simply too easy to give up.

      I have personally started 3 business for the wrong reasons and after a few months, they all failed miserably.
