9 Incredible Steps To Change Your DESTINY

Hi Warriors,

today I wanna share with you something pretty cool...

The topic of this thread is all about how to change your Life in the fastest amount of time as possible...and I found a way that works for everybody! Not only for me, but also for tons of my clients...

I don't wanna waste your and my time, so let's get straight to the point...

As mentioned in the subject line, this method includes 9 steps...

By studying highly successful people over the last couple of years is, that these guys are, the majority of them, early birds...meaning, they get up very early in the morning...some of them even earlier than 4AM...which is incredible...

Right?

Once I heard about this I was a bit worrying if I can do it in the same way...my biggest challenge was always to get up early...I couldn't deal with that kind of behave...it was totally difficult...whenever I got up earlier than 8AM I felt tired and with no energy...

Maybe you're the same...no clue...

But the point is, that this is the first Step to change your destiny...

Because if you keep following your current habits, you won't be able to change your life!

That's for sure!

The best way to change your life is by implementing new - better habits into your life.

One of these habits I recommend is to get up early in the morning.

When you do this you become more productive if you know how to structure it correctly...

Be patient, I am going to tell you in a few how it works... ;-)

Ok, Step #1 is to get up early in the morning. If you can't deal with 5AM in the morning, get up 1 hour earlier as you usually get up and use that 1 hour for the upcoming steps...

The second Step is to wash your face immediately to feel fresh and awake. I prefer to use ice cold water...

When you're done with this, you should trink at least 0,5l of water, I prefer to add some lemon juice to the water...(that's basically the 3rd Step)

The next Step is to meditate for 10 mins. When I say meditate, I mean, watch your breathing...let any thoughts pass by...do this for 10 mins...

The next Step is to do your incantations...For those of you guys who has no clue what Incantations are, you could either search youtube for Tony Robbins...In my words, it's the same like affirmations but instead of just reading your affirmations, you need to move your body while speaking them loud out...that kind of motion creates emotions...

Do this also for 10 mins.

It's the easiest way to anchor your affirmations deep into your subconscious mind. Some of my incantations manifest in hours, some in days, some take a bit longer...

Stick with your Incantations for 7 days...

I prefer to write Incantations based on my weekly goals I set...after these 7 days I switch them into new ones...

The 6th Step is to visualize your goals for 10 mins...I personally use keynote where I've created some kind of visionboard just by adding some screenshot pictures about my goals I'd like to achieve.

Visualize them in total for 10mins.

The 7th Step is to read a book about the topic you wanna bring more into your life. For me it's about making more money, becoming better in my business...

Currently I read Dr. Joseph Murphy and his book about the subconscious mind...

Read for 10mins...then head over to the next Step, Step #8...

And it's about Journaling...and what that means is, write down what are you grateful for, what you've accomplished the day before and what are your 3 daily goals...Do this for 10 mins...

When you're done with this, head over to the next step...

...it's the last step of this powerful ritual...

It's about exercising your body for 10 or 15 mins.

Currently I do 20 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 20 burpees and 50 situps...it takes me 15mins to do them all...

For some of you...this maybe a bit too much, but I highly suggest you guys to start with this ritual...it's very powerful and it has the potential to change your life in lightspeed if you are willing to put in the effort, the time and the willpower. The willpower is necessary for the first 66 days until it becomes a subconscious habit.

That's it guys...and be aware about, that success is only achievable for these guys that are willing to invest and are willing to pay the price!

Have a good one...
- Allen

    Amazing post actually!
I have been dreaming to do exercises when i wake up on morning but i get caught almost immediately in the work flow since the first thing i do upon waking up is checking emails which i should postpone a little.

I'm not quite a meditation guy though. Also for an action to become an habit, i heard in a TED talk that 21 days is required .

      Hi,

no 21 days is not right. Latest studies have proven that it takes at least 66 days to anchor a new habit...

Remove the constraint that currently keeps things they way they are and you can change behaviour overnight.

Love it Allen. Awesome stuff. I never realize the need to change the internal self until recently. That's really the foundation of real success, not just financially.

by the way, would love to see the studies about 66 days if you can point me a link, sounds very interesting.

    Thanks for sharing allenmartin.

I managed to wake up at 4 am for 27 days out of 30 days last month. I really did it.

But I found that I felt tired and sleepy in the afternoon, unless I slept before midnight. So I took about an hour nap when I just can't bear to open my eyes any longer.

My morning ritual when I woke up at 4 am:

    1. Drank a cup of coffee
    2. Did my morning pages (you can find out about the morning pages by googling the Artist's way).
    3. I prayed
    4. Sat and reflected about life. Sometimes I recorded my thoughts on my mobile.
    5. Read.

      Hi, thx for sharing.

I found if you drink right in the morning, once you got up water it's way better for your body and your mind to recover than drinking coffee.

Of course, I also drink some coffee, but later when I am done with my ritual.

And in regards that you can't keep your eyes open within the day...I recommend you to drink more water...way more...

Based on my experience, I can admit if you won't drink enough water, your brain and your body gets tired...

Give it a try and let me know how it goes....

Yup, drink more water. Shouldn't be difficult to cultivate this new habit.

    I won't try. I will do it.

    Thanks allenmartin for sharing.

Really great post Allen! I like to take a similar approach, using habits to build up a series of behaviours that can work wonders for you.

I've been doing the following for quite some time now:

    Wakeup: 6-7AM
Drink a litre of water (over half an hour)
While drinking the water I read some of my book
    Then I meditate

That's how my workday starts and when I need a break later on in the day I do some exercise to get the blood pumping!

    Cheers, Zach.

Awesome post Allen! These are actionable ways to basically achieve whatever you want in life.

These are daily routines for me and when I first read about them, I learned that successful people do these daily. So I was like "Hell, I should do them too." I did, and I'm improving.

I would like to add that learning and challenging yourself everyday is great things to do to be successful. You said read, but you should read those books and apply the knowledge in your life or business. Don't just read and put it down forever and forget it, it'll be pointless then.

Practice learning everyday on things that are aligned towards your goal everyday, or every other day, apply those things, and you'll see the growth in your life and business.

      Exactly!

i.e. right now I am reading Dr. Joseph Murphy (Book about Subconscious Mind)...but the point is, that even reading that stuff changes your mindset. Of course you need to implement it too...and I do this by using incantations which are basically the same like autosuggestions...The same with visualization my goals...

I've forgot something awesome to mention...

You should also write down your goals for 10 times per day...

That's what I do as well...

      Anyway, thanks for your reply!

      Appreciate it.

      Have a good one

  • Call me a somnambulatory dreambunny, but when I bust out on sleep, I get from one to nine in zero seconds.

That's when I get to hit on Step 10:

Hypnotize the cat to fix up breakfast.

    Best thing?

My cat sometimes don't sleep either, so we double helix on the possibles.

Familiarity is synonymous with habit, I guess, and all things incanted religiously are firstly incunted in a dream.

    Open goal,
    slumbersoul,
    fill the hole,
    kitten roll.

ok so it's late now, and my eyelids are fluttering.

Wanna stay up forever but kiss of down hustles like a dumb bug.

    Great post Allen!

I've been working on getting up earlier for over a year and a half, and have been having moderate success, but not really killing it. After reading your post I see that I would benefit a lot more from having a more thorough regimen around it, to really get all my mind-body processes fully activated. Your routine accomplishes this really nicely. What's interesting too, is that the doing Tony Robbin's incantations technique, never really appealed to me, because I could never think of a time and place that felt right for it. This seems like the perfect place to do this kind of mind-body programming - to set anchors for positive feelings early in the day and anchor them to outcomes, while still waking up when the mind is much more suggestible. Thanks again my friend, I'm going to add this to my tool kit!

    Great tips.

I've been waking up early for years. Working in the morning is so much better. I'm more motivated and the calm increases my productivity.

Morning routines are awesome, if you can implement and make them an habit. However in my case, instead, I use a daily routine if I remember to do it...lol

Jokes aside, my morning routine consists of: get up whenever I want (8 AM max), chant some Mantras for wealth and bad habits, drink a glass of water even if I'm not thirsty, chant some more Mantras and other breathing techniques, start my working day.

  • Thank you Allen. Your tips are really motivating. I have been doing positive affirmations every day as well. Sometimes I'm successful at it and it really helps. But there are times that I am unsuccessful.

The bottom line is: Even though you make it a habit to start the day right; there will be times that you struggle to do it. Maintaining a positive outlook is a constant struggle. The tips you've laid out here are also refreshing for those who need it.

    Hi Allen,

That's a very good list you've shared! I've done all those things in the past but not on a consistent, daily basis. Your thread is motivating me to implement them again!

I think I'll jot down all the steps on an index card to keep them within reach until they become a habit, which should take at least 21 days for me to get into the groove without any prompts.
