First post ever: Scott Adams system + Luck factor system

Hi Warriors,
This is my first post. I have read a few books recently. Two of them are - "How to fail at everything and still win big" by Scott Adams and "Luck Factor" by Max Gunther. Richard Wiseman also has a book called "Luck Factor" but I haven't read it yet. I feel that these two books make sense to me. I want to employ the techniques in my life.

Here are the take away points from these two books -
1. Successful people have systems.
2. If you fail, learn something from it and move on.
3. Luck can find you if you have a wide social circle, take calculated risk, if things don't work, bail out asap.

I have created a few systems for myself based on these two books. Please let me know your opinions about it.

System for exercise: 12/15 minutes every day body weight exercise or weights using the app 12 minute athlete
System for diet: No breakfast, 16:8 protocol, No sweets/junk except on Saturday.
System for sleep: Sleep at 10:30 pm every night if possible.
System for productivity: Pomodoro, 80/20, Parkinson's Law.
System for memorization: anki, Feynman technique, memory palace etc.
System for luck: Be social, go to happy hour, go to boring meetings, parties, throw parties, meetups, join clubs, group activities, learn new skills. If things don't work out, bail.
System for time management: plan my next day using two small sheets of paper with one having to do list and other having hours of the next day with allotted tasks.
System for success: Public speaking, psychology books, learn new language, business writing, accounting knowledge, learn golf/tennis.

Please let me know if you think this need some tweaks.

Anybody used Scott Adam's system?

Thanks.

wow well.. i try to have breakfest be the bigges meal of the day .and i eat eggs almost every morning..that i cook ..and i have had natural increase in muscle mass over the last year or so ..unless i substitute a egg sanwich for the home cooked eggs ..lol

anyway ..are you trying to live your life or try to live the lives of other people .

now if you are currently doing non of this..you will most likely not be able to change and start doing it all.. focus on the things you can implement now and test how they effect your life ..

these people developed their system over a lifetime ..

      Thanks Odahh.

Yes, I am trying to create systems and put my life into it as an input and see the outcome. Obviously, I want to be successful in life. I found that to be a success in life either you have to stellar in one or two areas (i mean world class, top 1% like Jordan Spieth, former Tiger Woods or any professional world class player etc.) or above average in a number of areas such as public speaking, business acumen, psychology acumen, business writing.

Scott A said that he tried many things and became successful. Just trying his way of doing things for sometime. Kind of a life experiment. I will see if it helps me in being a success which I define as being able to work not for money but for fun, earn money from side businesses, be in great relationships with people, get lucky, good fitness, travel the world, do interesting things and help people who are less fortunate.

Anybody in the warrior forum read Scott's book? Have you used his technique?
