In my motivational video I was asked what are three ways to begin changing your life today. With that being said, I wanted to share this video in hopes to inspire and motivate some warriors here . Prior to watching the video, sit back, clear your mind and reflect upon your life today.

Watch the video and comment - let me know your feedback!

Nice speech mate! Let me tell the 3 things that I've gained as weapon for changing my life:

    1. Learn to analyse yourself and watching every action that is happening to you.
    2. Learn how to love and respect yourself and the others(closest one).
    3. Learn to connect your body with your soul and the holly spirit so you can see the Divine Beauty.

I liked the holy spirit part. What a reply that is.

    this is basic advice..

what i found a long time ago ..when it comes to complaining ..a is that the only people who will listen are waiting for their turn to complain .

and many times people jump from complaint to complaint to complaint..without ever pondering a solution ..

if you are going to complain..complain about things you can change ..then when you own up to not really wanting to change them .or make the changes to solve the problem..

so instead of complain complain complain ..complain ponder solution ..take steps to change ..or just own up to being a bit%^

Here's a quick tip regarding people who often complain. Always start conversations with 'What's Good?'

If they start complaining, reiterate in a friendly way that you asked What's Good?

Thank you for your kind words.

Ultimately complaining and worrying only creates more negative situations..so why not create positive situations, goals, intentions, and focus on appreciation.

    Hey AJ,
I liked your honesty in the way you delivered your suggestions. It was natural.
I find that accepting where you are wanting change is key to change.
Imagining what you would like is also where one's power is at.
Then playing out the action part of it-playing your part whilst the universe matches the rest.
Definitely APPRECIATION is the biggest game changer in one's life. It's where miracles will abound and the beauty is that everyone has the ability to appreciate something!-Jennifer

1.) Fing gratitude in both your failures and smallest successes

2.) Regardless 'how sick' society and your surroundings may appear, always strive to be part of the solution, and don't contribute to the problems abroad by allowing people, places, and things to offset your innermost desire to becoming.

3.) Meditate frequently, get in tune with the 'source' from which true understanding, knowledge, and wisdom derives.

4.) BONUS - Cultivate your purpose in life, and be the example that others will love & at times despise. Stand tall, stand accountable, and stand for the greater benefit of the whole... even when you're going through hell, nobody can keep you imprisioned, but YOU!

Last weekend, I sold a $3500 plumbing job to a woman for $1500 to help her out, and to solve a small financial issue that arose in my life.

At first, she was grateful. When the job was done, she tried to cheat me out of a large portion of my (agreed upon) earnings. I stayed calm (at first) and explained my good intentions...she eventually paid me in full, after a ton of him- hawing.

Today, she called a close friend (the guy who referred me to her) and claimed that I took advantage of her cause she's a woman, blah! blah! blah! This is a guy who knows my spirit, and my honesty in all aspects of life. (Even he was appalled by her phone call).

Truth is, some people just love to cry victim, seek sympathy or pity, and place blame on everyone else... as if they are the only ones who've ever struggled or undergone hard times.

Truth is, her insinuation that I ripped her off had me 'upset' all day, and it really took a toll on me to reconsider; "What did I help this woman for?"

I extented her a 'hand up' and she bit my middle finger off!

Point being, I know; "Any plumbing contractor would have charged her 3 to 4x what I delivered. And I shouldn't regret having done my job as a problem solver, but for most of the day...I did!

    My advice:

Never stop doing the right thing, even when 'sick' people try to condemn you for giving more than you should!

I don't regret helping her out, and pray she learns to recognize when someone honest helps her out. This experience made me think really hard as to the 'fears and insecurities' people allow and accept to invade their piece of mind, and I refuse to allow it to stop me from 'empathizing' for those who 'know not' the destruction they spread when they fall prey to their own demons.

She almost invoked mine... but, I don't feed them much these days, so... they are too weak to break the surface anymore, but it takes a HUGE amount of self-control, introspection, and acknowledging there's something else that I prefer feeding; "my piece of mind, and ultimately...my freedom from such imprisonment."

Complaining is easy, recognizing the solution and delivering it is the real challenge.

Art, that was such an interesting response and story. I also agree on meditation frequently alongside visualization.

Do not let anyone ever take you away from the higher vibration you are on. Do not lower your vibration for anyone. You should always stay in the pure positive vibration and connection with the "source."

    Thank you again!
