How to learn commonly used softwares and applications

Hello guys!

I have been working for myself for more than a year and I love the freedom. I create my own daily and weekly schedule which is much favorable to me. But of course, there has been pros and cons of working at home.

I also realized I have been outdated in terms of applications and softwares which has spread all over the online industry. This has been the downside since most of the jobs posted in the website I am working requires experience using aWeber, mailchimp, Zendesk, etc.

I would like to ask for your suggestions on how to learn most of the commonly used softwares the fastest and easiest way. Many thanks

    Use them. Of course there are tutorials online but no matter how many times you watched or read these tutorials, you would never fully understand all of the steps unless you apply them.

    I have to agree on that. I have checked some sites and videos on how to use them, still on the process of familiarization. It's depressing when I saw some real good job posts but require experience in using these softwares.
