I'm Getting Scared!!!

I was the person who guaranteed passed interviews and got jobs, but after getting lot of efforts I got my current job. Interviews were out class but don't know why I hadn't get call for job. Any how leave it, the point is; Today my boss assigned me to make the report, I made it and forward it to the boss, but boss didn't like it and started shouting on me, I got scared that now I don't want to loose my job, my hands are started shriving, I don't know what can I do here, but after that I recover my report perfectly.

The question is, why I am getting scared of loosing job even I passed interviews and get job guaranteed....

Sometimes we refrain from taking risks and that classifies us as scared.

Imagine looking in the horizon and visualize the future. Add spicy details.

Watch yourself transform. Embrace and execute the 'butterfly effect'.

Start making changes that will spiral in the passage of time. Go against the flow but find where the wind blows and ride along. Carve your own path. Imbibe information like a sponge. Meliorate daily. Find reasons to dig deeper. The clearer the picture you form in your mind, the more lucid the reality you'll be living and banging on.

Agreed, I am already taking care of few things that you have mentioned. I walk alone now, feeling change in my routines, and much more

If the report you produced was written as poorly as your OP, you should be very afraid of loosing (sic) your job.

So that blind people can hate them as well.

New Jersey, by way of Pakistan, huh? Why not be honest about your location? I am not going to think any less of you for being from Pakistan, and in fact I appreciate those who are honest about it.

I don't know what the employment rules are over there, but here in the US it depends on the state you're in. Some are "at will" and can get rid of you today because they don't like the color of your shirt. But in any case yelling is generally frowned upon as its abusive and could even get a manager/owner in legal trouble.

Sometimes, other factors outside of work can cause a person to be upset. They are looking for a "steam release valve" and find it wherever they can.

Have you asked what specifically is deficient and needs improvement or correction? Have you started work on those things?

Lot of that going on here recently. If you lie on a forum where there's no reason to do so - how honest are you at work?

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Exactly Kay and over and beyond that, how do you intend to be competitive in an English speaking country where both the competitor and the consumer know it so well?

Thanks for informing me about this. Well my entire family is living in New Jersey and just couple of weeks ago I return to Pakistan and got the job. Question is not about location, concern is why I am getting scared of loosing job, even I was confident on getting my field job.

    A better question.

Why are you reporting it here?

No one here can help you.

Discuss your concerns with your employer, the only one in a position to help you.

Sometimes you find that you are afraid of losing something because you don't think you can find something better. When you are feeling too needy, you panic and can lose confidence.

When you show confidence, even if you don't always feel it, you will find that people are less likely to pounce on you like that.

Maybe you're just scared of failure. It's kinda like how you know you're doing very well at school, but you didn't study for ONE big test and you know you've failed it. You know you're still going to pass (but with a dent on your grades), but maybe you're scared of that sheet of paper with a zero written on it.

For your scenario, if your skills are not fit for that job (you're good at baseball but you applied for a soccer team), maybe you should look for another one.

In my case, I wanted to leave my job for a long time and was waiting desperately for my last day. On my last week, however, I felt the fear of losing the job (that I hate). It was quite weird, but I still took the leap of faith (I wrote about that too).
