I am in college and I don't enjoy the process at all... For me, college is completely overwhelming. I hope I can get past that.

well as long as you are studying a degree that has value in the market place ..with an actual demand ..not some worthless degree ..that you will just waste many years getting and get buried in piles of debt.. and maybe be qualied enough to work at star bucks ..

are you actually learning anything that you feel will make you more valuable..or are you like a prsoner..doing time ..and a consumer.. paying money to get a degree ..

I fully agree with you. I think that every moment in our lives is a miracle we should enjoy instead of ignoring it. We are lucke, because the God has given us this valuable life to enjoy, so we should try to enjoy every moment of our life. Once I have read an expression of a great person that we should live our life as we are going to die tomorrow and learn from it as if we have to live forever. Think about this.

You know what? Enjoy the journey not the destination. A lot of us delay our happiness. We say, "When i get to this level", "When i get my degree", "When i get married", and so on...You do not celebrate when you get to the finish line. Enjoy the whole process, enjoy the whole step. Everyday you get up to strive for whatever it is you are after, celebrate all along the way.

Enjoying the journey is just realizing there is joy in the process...

I agree with you felisitie. Its so easy to get caught up in the goals and aspirations we have that we simply forget to enjoy the beauty of the life and process that surrounds us. Often what we have around is more than enough to make us happy, yet we are unable to and refuse to see it as the solution to what ails us.

It kind of reminds me of the Man who left to search the world for diamonds and lost it all, when he had it in his backyard. Have you guys experienced something like that in your lives?

Some things I enjoyed the most while I was in a journey before accomplishing my goals. Sometimes finish line seems blank and only then you realise that the journey was the thing you were enjoying the most. Observe everything and try to take it in, let the finish line be just another milestone, not done deal.

Happiness is a way of life. You don't depend your happiness on material things or something that you think you wish to achieve.

Don't have a mindset like "I'll be happy if I have this or that, or if I achieve this."

Just one step at a time. Just enjoy the ride.

some parts of the journy are going to be real fu#$%^ painull. and push you to the limit ..to the breaking point .. but it is getting through that.. that is as rewarding as getting the goal..

the thing you get freely.. the stuff you get with little work..are not cherished as much ..

the challenge of the journey.. determines the value of the journey ..or no woman would have mre than one child..
