Thanks for sharing videos like this. I have seen some of your previous videos.

Your videos were uplifting. Such a very nice testimonial. Fear is the number one cause why an individual does not succeed.

Most of the time people do not move forward due to fear. If they can just push themselves to take action, they will see it is fairly easy once they start. Just get started!

I'm strapped by terrorists, muffled and kidnapped and still enjoy this video with the same aptitude they've treated me.

    Hi Nassime,

Fear really is a creation of mind.

I see it as little bitty energy waves running around in the mind. Either you obey the waves, or face, embrace and release them. Always our choice, every single time. Whether we obey or release the fears is up to us.

I enjoy having fun online and trusting in the Universe. By loving what I do and letting go and surrendering to the good old Uni I let go my fears, a bit more daily. When new fears pop up I readily face them, embrace them and release them. Most times But honestly though, fear really is fake. It is an illusion, the creation of the monkey mind, and if you learn to see it, to become aware of it, man does it get easier to release it.

Having fun with my blogging and writing and video creating and networking helps me vibe higher, which moves me above the fears that used to hamstring me. Almost like I cannot see those fears anymore, because I am on a different wavelength these days. Definitely be open to making errors, until you see all life as one moment, one big old opportunity, and if you do, you'll never make a mistake again Just an opportunity to enjoy.

Your English is fine! Keep creating the videos buddy....loved the vid, and hey, you rock man!

I was paralysed by fear, which is why I didn't start in business years ago. I always wanted to join the YouTube community, and was too scared to. I always wanted to go to university, but I was too scared to until this last year. My life was living in the shadow of fear. But

      Hello scott m harvey,

It's understandable that you have through.
What did you do to make face at this Fear?

I contrasted my perfect future with my current situation and my worst case scenario using a visualisation exercise. When you see that you have all that you want and it is stripped away from you, you realise what true fear is.

I am far more scared of living on the streets, not providing for my child, losing all opportunities, returning to work at a fast food store... than I am putting myself out there. I would rather 'risk' embarrassment than guarantee failure.

I still feel the fear every time I do something uncomfortable. But I accept that I'm scared and carry on anyway. Someone else has posted an acronym for fear on this thread, but here's the one I use 'False Expectations of an Awful Result.' I repeat that to myself as I push myself out of my comfort zone.

The fear is a worst case scenario. In all of my life, I have never actually suffered through a worst case scenario.

Your case is very interesting scott m harvey,
it's understandable that you feel and I know what's this.

Do you know my recipe? It's to make that you really like in your life (it's can be also simple things). It's not forbidden to make a job that you like, to make activities that your like or to go out at your favorite places...
Moreover I have rejected the idea of the perfection and the comparison; I'm just stayed focus on that I wanted.
It's a good way to let go with a fear and with a time that's allow to find some issues. I know that's so easy to talk than to do: but I have made it and that was worked for me.
          I hope for all ;-)

            Hey Nassime,

Thanks for sharing these videos. In my opinion I think as long as we can control it, fear and stress can be useful (Ex. healthy not obsessive fear of failing). It can sometimes create urgency and I've experienced forced creativity at times where I was able to accomplish things in a short timeline - which I would have never imagined before.

I plan on sharing some videos down the road. Keep growing!

              Hey CompoundingSuccess,

Thanks for your return, your opinion is fair, not fear of course
It's right, when anyone is able to keep control of his emotion (stress, pressure,...) and uses at his advantage the result is awesome.
What you have left, I have left too, I'm stay looking forward for your videos!

    Time Transporter,

Yes it's a good way to eradicate the Fear and the smart people have understood it very well.
To stay realist, it's that's with a message fake and not in correlation with the real source because very often the informations are handled (like a picture that you can transformed with photoshop) and turning otherwise.

I agree. Until you find the source, you're not sure about the universe.

        Approved!
I have written "create" : but it was "eradicate"
And "worse again" : but it was "To stay realist"
        I had edited my reply.
Same with my own mistakes I can create the Fear to be clumsy :-D
But we have always the power to repair and to improve oneself ;-)
