Do You Have Self Control?

We all heard the stories of the Lottery Winners who lose it all. How does that happen?

They say be careful what you wish for!

Are you ready for success?

Are you drinking energy drinks not sleeping and killing yourself in the name of success and commitment?

Do you eat when frustrated or anxious?

Are you easily sucked into online flame wars?

Is that you writing 9 page comments in yahoo politics?

We have to prepare ourselves and deal with reality. That means taking inventory on what our strengths are and most importantly what our weaknesses are.

I want every single person here to taste success but on a long term basis for years and not on poor health, poor relationships, and living in excess.

Are you really ready for your winning lottery ticket?

Every good things that happen comes with great responsibility.

Being successful means having the ability to control the things around us and not the other way around.

To be truly successful we have to fully know ourselves including our strengths and weaknesses.

    Hi PT,

I do; but in most cases, in the opposite direction I enjoy spending some but saving more. I needed to spend freely to act more abundantly. Ditto on skills. I played to my strengths to let go my weaknesses. I just went in the wrong direction for years, trying to discipline myself to follow the herd. Then I figured, if I wanted to step away, I had to do stuff with a different kind of energy/intent behind it

I do, to some extent. I don't think I would loose it, if I won the lottery or anything, but one will never know =).

It is a fine line we're all walking here. The thread between madness and sanity is so thin. That being said, one ought to seek wisdom not wealth, righteousness instead of falling prey the Devil. If you know God in your heart you'll never be taken or lose your way. Have trust in your God.

In my opinion, the lottery ticket is not the ideal way to know the success: it's so easy to be winner of something because you have been chosen or just you have a winner ticket.
It's the same things to believe at Santa Claus: when you are young you believe that he gives 11,000 around presents by seconds in the world. That's make thinking right?
Then you believe by this way all your life and it's continue in your way.

The good thing that I had discovered is that you can change your beliefs and it's my better "lottery ticket" ;-)

I'd rather work/earn it by creating something of tremendous value.

(In fact, if I won The Lottery I would give most of it away and continue with my Website.)

You my friend live in reality no doubt about it.

I know for sure I would not hang out in casinos even if I was labeled "lucky".

I would be way to busy being year round Santa Claus.

Very deep Quede. There are so many things I want my body to experience and my mind can tag along.

The Church takes in so much money they have their own bank.

    Great insights Nassime,

I was thinking more on the discipline or lack of it when you are teased with huge amounts of something.

You know J2.0 I thought about that...if it happened today would I drop everything?

Man I have a projects list that never ends! So I am pretty sure my to do list would change drastically but the entrepreneur in me will never die.

I am not a betting man but if i were, I think it will be a safe bet to say that money should come only if one were to sweat for it.
