Sometimes it is hard to accept the truth about things and you may choose to worry and think of things before it happens.


How can one remove this form of thinking?

Thoughts guys.

    When daily stress hits me my back tightens up so maybe this is just for me but Yoga, for sure. Childs pose, up dog, down dog, just doing simple stuff goes a long way.

    I agree with Hunter in that the simple stuff goes a long way. For me I mediate daily and have been since Oct 15. The benefits are subtle but it is definitely one of the best stress busters I have ever come across and would whole heatedly recommend it to anyone

    First, every morning I had a black tea (Earl grey) that's allow to reduce the cortisol rate.
    Then when I feel there are not good vibes, I stop anything, I stay alone, I make a cardiac coherence exercise and I meditate. Since these applications in my life, I find very often solutions at many problems, I improved my health, I awaked in fine fettle every morning and many opportunities are visible ;-)

    If you do not have a child at home, might as well have a pet, take it for a walk, cuddle it so your attention will be focused on it, eat comfort foods, take a moment of silent, and yes, Yoga or breathe in and out for few minutes. Drink water, maybe take a nap. Playing games can also gives you stress if you get frustrated on the game.

    Since I've started (two months ago) I have far fewer negative thoughts, less anxiety and I'm far more productive.
