Never, ever use hypnosis, that might lead you to possession.

That said, one of the best things I ever learned was the power of self-programming my subconscious mind. Everyday we are bombarded and programmed by external random messages.

And anyway isn't this blatant advertising or has everyone been hypnotised by it?

I have meditated on and off for a a couple of years. I have read a few books, attended to a few courses, and made some things up as I've gone along. Nothing I have read, nor anybody I have spoken to, delineates the what, how and why of meditation as succinctly as the said hypnotist.
