This post is really simple

what are you grateful for this day!

I know you've are stressed at your JOb

But really???

what happen today?

there's something to be grateful for

even when your boss pisses you off
you don't get the raise
your projects not approve
you been rejected by your clients
you fail in your subjects
sit down relax

think of little things

to see that you are grateful for

like:

you have a house
you have a computer and you can read this marvelous blog (Lol)
you have a couch to sit down and think of what you are grateful for today
you have family, a complete family
you have a car
you can buy groceries
you have a TV, smartphones
you can eat 3 to 5 times a day
you have clothes

Successful people are grateful on small things

because small things count in your success
now sit down get a paper or notebook or notes in your
tablet or smart phone

write down 20 things you are grateful for today!
do it daily...

I promise you it will change everything

I am grateful for so much (home, family, career, food in the fridge) and I'm definitely a glass half full kind of person (as long as there's SOMETHING in the glass, I'm winning )

That being said, I think it is just as good for you mentally to allow yourself to sit and rest in the places that are p1ssing you off in order to ultimately move on from them.

OK, so no need to set up camp and move in there, but feeling the anger/hurt/sadness of something that's going on in your life isn't a bad thing at all. Sometimes you need to scream, cry and grieve and it's not always appropriate or necessary to focus on the fact that you indeed, do have a bed to sleep in tonight.

We can compare ourselves to others and face each day with gratitude that we have more than the next person, or we can face what's going on in our life and deal with it accordingly.

Hiding feelings because you're luckier (on paper) than someone else in the world won't get you very far in the long run.

Totally agree that being positive is great, however I also believe more in just being real.

Gratitude has many significant benefits for many different facets of your life.

I have begun a five-minute gratitude journal because it was explained to me that it would increase my long term well-being. I found the journal uplifting and very beneficial for all parts of my life.

I have learned that gratitude improves health, relationships, emotions, personality and career. Gratitude can help make us nicer people; it can allow us to have more trust, be more social and more appreciative.

Gratitude is an incredible emotion that can help you to reduce stress. If you spend your time being grateful for what you have, then you will spend less time worrying about what you don't have. It allows us to realise what we have. This can lessen our need for wanting more all the time. Gratitude puts things into perspective.

When we can see the good as well as the bad, it becomes more difficult to complain and stay stuck in a negative mind frame.

I am grateful for your post!

If you want to change the world you can't do it by yourself. Need more people with you and awareness as well.
