Hi Nat15alia! If you like to set up a blog site fast, you can use Wordpress. Of course, you have to learn the basics, but I think that wouldn't be a problem since WP is so user-friendly.

After you develop your blog, you need to create blogs contents which are worthy enough to gain a following (should be targeted to people interested in Belize). Otherwise, what's the point of having a blog if you can attract readers from visiting and reading your content. Always make sure that you give something valuable to your readers so they can use this information any time they want to go to Belize.

Once you know how to write stuff, the next thing you have to do is to optimize your articles using SEO. It's actually the process where you add keywords and stuff so that people will be able to find your blog whenever they search it in Google.

Then, once you have familiarize yourself with the process, you can know consider on integrating ways to monetize your site. This can be done in many ways of course... But for now focus on the basics and you'll do just fine. If you want to know more about how to monetize your blog, I'd be more than willing to teach you...

It takes five minutes to buy web hosting, install WordPress and create your first blog post.
Some web hosting comapanies (like Bluehost) offer automated WordPress installation.
But what I recommend is that you take a list of paper and write down ideas for at least 10 future blog posts.
There are millions of abandoned blogs out there!
If you're not going to blog for money, why don't you start a blog with wordpress.com, blogger.com? It's free!

If you're just starting out, you can always go with the free version at https://wordpress.com.

Be up and running at no cost in about 60 seconds.

And did I mention it's free?

Just curious, if you don't know Wordpress but want to learn, would you consider paying for a crash course in it?

I was thinking about putting together a 3-hour webinar to teach all the basics -- as well as some more advanced tactics -- to help people who are new to Wordpress blogging and/or affiliate & product marketing, to get them get up and running fast.

If you would, how much do you think it would be worth to you to spend 3 hours with an expert, and come away with all the knowledge you need, and perhaps a few bonuses as well, to start building money-making sites?

The alternative, of course, is to search the web for free training videos, to lurk here and there for tips and tricks that might be spread all over the place, and so on. You could either do that for as long as it might take you, or you could be up and running in less than a day, confident in your foundation of knowledge.
