Small Chunks??

Often people misunderstand the affects and how significant, a little work which you put 15-20 minutes everyday can be. I remember a friend of mine, i will not mention his name here, he had an awesome physique, he told later about that, "Everyday i didn't had much free time due to work. So i took my fitness in small chunks by starting working out for 15-20 minutes daily." .
Now he is perfectly fit after 2 years with around 4-5 % body fat. So my point is not about praising my friend but to show you guys how great the affect can be of little things which are done well with consistency. .
Linking it to business too. You can build a business by working on it for 15-20 min everyday. A simple Rocket ship is not built in single day, it is made little parts every single day. Taking your goals in small chunks can be very beneficial, if you take it with that approach.
