How this universe gives you what you ask for

Let me start by saying that I'm no expert in spirituality, religion, karma or universe/energy concept. I am student of life, seeking truth, wants to know how things work around and in this quest I have understood the basics of getting what I want from life.

Prerequisites:

You need not believe in god or be religious in order to make sense out of this article; you just have to believe that there is one force that exists, that is greater than all of us; that looks after all of us and can give us whatever we want as long as we have faith. call it The universe, god, almighty, whatever!

Intro:

All your thoughts, emotions and actions have a certain kind of energy associated with it, which gets released into the universe. The universe does not know tricks. It gives you back the same kind of energy that you released because it loves you and it believes that's what you want to be happy. You send good energy, you get good things out of it; you send bad energy, you get bad things out of it.

How this works in day today life and how you may be totally missing it:

Let's not talk about actions as most people know about karma. Let's talk about thoughts and emotions. This may sound controversial, but makes sense. Emotions is the language of truth and that is the language with which you communicate with the universe. Say someone said bad things to you and you are hurt. You can Pretend that you are not hurt but emotionally, you cannot pretend -- you cannot lie to the universe. If you are hurt, you are hurt. The language of emotions is instrumental in communicating with the universe because it simply is the language of truth.

Say someone buys a nice car and you feel jealous You send energy of jealousy into the universe, the universe is going to think - Oh this person does not like cars, he does not send good energy looking at cars. Lets keep him away from owning a car. Where as if you feel happy looking at someone's car, the universe will look at your energy and say this person feels great about owning cars, lets give him that opportunity. It is ridiculous to think that the universe will give you a car just by feeling good about someone owning a car - NO. But that good energy will accumulate in your account and one day condense into material. When I first learned about this, I thought to myself - it does not cost me anything to be happy for someone else, to smile at positive things happening with others.

It is going to be difficult at first to discipline your thoughts but if you keep trying, you will eventually be able to do it.

Stay happy, be positive and make a conscious effort to tell the universe what you want and it will deliver. Remember, the universe is always watching your actions, thoughts and emotions!
