Hi guys,

Hope everyone's having a brilliant day!

I'm new to the Warrior forum, just wanting to introduce myself and share my story over the coming months. I'm currently focussing on leadership; I want to know which qualities separate the follower from the 'followed'. What does a leader possess that a 'normal' person doesn't?

What 3 things make a great leader?

Please comment below.

Thanks MySA.

it depends on the field they are leading and the industry..though it could be the same ..bill gates had different style from steve jobs ..and they bot had different styles from military leader .. or or the industrialists of 100 years ago..or anyone with the great attached to their name .. but if we depended on great leaders the world would be in a much bigger mess than now ..

for the most part .. if you are enough of a leader to get people to get shit done.. thats can get you pretty far unless you are trying to buil a company worth 10's of millions of dollars or hundred or billions

This is an interesting question to ask, yet not an easy one. You will hardly find two leaders with the same set of things that made them be what they are. So, here are my top choices:

#1 Vision - A true leader should have a vision of what needs to be done. To build a company or introduce a new solution.

#2 Motivation - I also think that a leader should have an amazing ability to motivate others to follow his vision.

#3 Presentation - Finally, a leader should be an outstanding presenter of ideas. I think someone mentioned Steve Jobs here. So, we all remember his fantastic presentations.

Those were my top choices. Again, it depends.

    Cheers!

A Leader must be human enough to respect other human being.
Being open and ready to accept new ideas and feedback.
Being congruent with in his action and words.
